I tried to enroll my MLB season tickets with Tiqassist but they rejected my request with only vague reasoning. I suspect they may be overwhelmed which would worry me if I were a subscriber to their service.

The service is good and the app is easy to use but the commissions are killing any hope of profit. I can’t see continuing as a customer as the commisssion fees are not being covered by any increase in sales price. I was hoping that your system would find the highest dollar value but I have had more success selling myself.

Ease of use is amazing. Fees are incredibly high. I don't like that I do not get to choose if you can partition my seats into numerous sales or all-or-none sales (I have 4 seats).

This is my first year using Tiqassist and so far, I can't say enough about the team behind this company. I have sent in a few requests and questions which were all promptly addressed. The platform is extremely easy to use. My only drawback is that the commission rate feels a little high, but I didn't dock them a star as the service has been top-notch.

TiqAssist is a reliable service. Most favorite things:
1.They guarantee tickets listed will be sold. For two seasons they've met the guarantee.
2. Payment is always received as promised.
3. The company continues to grow & add new services.
Least favorite thing (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars): TiqAssist commission is approx 20% per ticket. I'm already paying a listing fee with seller sites (ie: ticketmaster 10%). In total, for every ticket sold, the commission paid is 30%. IMO, the commission paid to TiqAssist is too high at 20%.
Bottom line: I will continue to use TiqAssist & I would highly recommend their services.

Its a Decent service.
But do not like the fact they advertise what they could sell the ticket at and you agree to that but a few hours down the line to next day they end up selling the ticket at hundreds less.
This isn't a list and they take care of it deal. They guarantee a sale but at times it's at way less than market value to get the sale. There were plenty of times I needed to delist because they were listing 150+ Below market. For example if seats in the area are listed at 500, they will list at 200. I delisted a few times and just went to sell my own ticket on stubhub or ticketmaster at 450.
It's good if you just want to guarantee a sale no matter what. But as it gets closer to game time to get that guarantee sale they really drop the prices. Sometimes it's better to put in the work to list yourself to make a couple hundred more when they start dumping the price.to make.sure a tixket sells, especially after the commission fees they charge.

Efficient and effective without me having to think any more than to use their service.

Easy to use with the website but, I wish there was an app for Android users (Apple users have an app). I've had nothing but good experiences. This has been my first season using TiqAssist and I plan to continue using their services. TiqAssist guarantees that my tickets will sell and at competitive prices. Every game I did not plan to attend have sold well in advance of the scheduled games.

Absolutely flawless service and the piece of mind selling the games that I can’t go to, and I don’t even have to worry about makes being a seasonal holder this year the best in my last 20 years of having the tickets. I have already and would highly recommend this company to anyone. All I can say is GO BIRDS.
I have not had to think once about whether my tickets will sell. I get to enjoy the games I want to , and sell the others with ease & without losing money.
Great hassle free way to sell your season tickets.

Terrific customer service. Real people, not robots. So much easier than trying to post my tickets individually. I actually make more money using TiqAssist than I did posting them myself. Even with the extra fees.

I get the fact that you have to charge a fee on top of the other platforms but it wasn't that clear when signing up. The commission transparency isn't good enough and could be better. I think the service could be great and serves a need as the event gets closer but please keep improving communications so casual sellers can make good decisions.

Easy to use. Gets me the best price for my tickets. Sure the fee is higher than if you post online yourself, but the fact is this gets offset by the tickets always selling for a higher price than you’d get on your own given their technology. Absolute no brainer.
They do great at selling your tickets!! But there is a catch!
This is my second year dealing with them for my NFL tickets. They do great at selling your tickets. Like really great - but at what cost?
The fees are high - like really high. They sell your tickets because they are selling them cheaper than other sites.
I did a comparison and they will sell your tickets $5-10 cheaper than what is being offered in that section, but by the time they take their fees - you’ve made less than what you paid for them.
They use Ticketmaster as a base which is crazy because as a season holder - Ticketmaster is our resale site with lower fees.
As a season ticket holder. I do not want to sell my tickets cheaper than what I paid for them. I would rather go to the game.
So Pros - they sell your tickets
Cons - they sell them dollars cheaper than market value and marketplace value. So of course a consumer is going to see the same ticket for $5 cheaper and go with that option.
The fees you pay are not worth it.
Last year I made no profit. Literally what I sold them at is what I paid for them.
This year started off wrong because they sold a game cheaper than what was available when I listed them.
Meaning I listed them at $150 per ticket, they sold them for $72 - which is why I say watch your tickets closely!
You’ll list them thinking you’re going to get one price to have them sell at a lower price.
Seller beware

Update the company called me and we talked about my dissatisfaction, and they took my concerns as feedback. They did sale my tickets and I do still have a few games listed with them but will be trying to sell them on my own. I know others have mentioned the hassle, but I need to see for myself.
So, they do seem like a legit company willing to improve.
Their commission is still high!
