Tire Kingdom has gone down hill. The employees are rude but beyond that they are scammers. On my vehicle that doesn't even have 10,000 miles and has 10mm thick break pads, they claimed I needed new break pads and rotors. Not only that they did not honor the special price they informed me of the day before and day of. I highly recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs.

For the past 6 years, I’ve gone to Tire Kingdom at 12442 Tamiami Trl E, Naples for all of my car’s tire and basic service needs. Ernie is especially helpful whenever I come in. I definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from management at this location. David did a great job with transfering and updating information. He was prompt with getting my vehicle serviced. John was great at facilitating getting all of the important details about the service that was performed and the overall evaluation. I could not be more pleased. They immediately got the work done, and I highly recommend going to this facility to have service on your car purchase tires, oil change. Thank you guys!

As soon as I walked in; I was greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named James. He mentioned up front that he had four customers ahead of me but assured me he'll get to inspect the vehicle as soon as possible. He wrote my phone number and called me immediately after my tire was fixed. Additionally, James went above and beyond by checking the tires threads and instructed me of how to know when replacement is needed. James also informed me when the tires should be replaced and provided an estimate of the price. Definitely James makes us feel valued and went above and beyond in his customer service. Kudos!

Direct and to the point. No “who knows” comments. Fixed a nail in my tire. Did so in an open, honest and expedient way.

DON'T GO !!!!!!!!!! Made an appointment for 12 noon today for four new tires. Arrived at 11:50 a.m. and was told no more than 2 hours. Ubered to lunch, returned at 1:50 p.m. and my vehicle had not moved or been touched. I asked to "manager" what is going on and he said, "we are busy". Just prior to that, waiting my turn to speak to him and another customer was checking out and she said "thanks so much for fitting us in". She tipped him $20 and he put it in his pocket. I said, why did I bother to make an appointment? He said I needed to be patient. I told him I was not waiting another 2 hours. He became even more rude and non-caring and said, "you can have your keys back". I took them. It appears that Tire Kingdom was sold to another company. Understandable, with this type of business practices.

I requested an alignment at the Venice Tire Kingdom /Mavis Tire, 2348 Tamiami Trail. After my vehicle was inspected I was told that the Driver side tie rods need replacing before an alignment could be done. The price was approx $850. I declined and asked my mechanic at Import Automotive to do the repair and dropped the car off so He could see which parts he needed to order. I received a call back telling me no parts were needed, as the tie rods were fine. Tire kingdom was trying to rip me off.

I have been a returning customer since 2021 to this outstanding Tire Kingdom in Clermont, Florida. I own four vehicles of which some are Chevrolet & the others are Mercedes. I could easily take the Mercedes to the Mercedes dealership service department or to the various foreign motor automotive repair shops locally, but with the skills of expertise that I have been experiencing for half a decade from this Tire Kingdom I can always trust coming back here and absolutely would not give my business to anyone else. 

The manager Fernando is a true asset to this Tire Kingdom location and is, without exception, always extremely helpful and understanding when it came to my varied vehicle repairs and maintenance matters over the years. Very trustworthy man and a great example of leadership! He explains the process, why one is better than the other, and he & his team is professional, honest, courteous and transparent with me, which I thoroughly appreciate. I feel respected as a returning customer.

Everyone deserves honorable mention and thankful acknowledgment here at this Tire Kingdom. Caleb, the face and voice of this establishment, is professional and knowledgeable and repeatedly for years now provides a perfect customer service outcome & truly is esteemed by not only me but also my son; who, at my recommendation, is a lifetime customer now and has this Tire Kingdom service his vehicles. This review would be remiss if I did not give a special mention and sincere thanks to Ken, who is without doubt the most knowledgeable master mechanic whom I have ever met in all my 60 years who is extremely proficient and can repair anything; no mechanical issue is beyond his capabilities of remedying. All the time. Every time. Finally, Joe is a favorite part of the team who has an award winning down to earth great demeanor. In a word: Great store with great employees who offer great work at very honest fair pricing. Well worth every dollar and every time I've gone to this Tire Kingdom location I've had a great experience. They are quick and very customer service oriented. I cannot thank them enough!

The place is consistently well kept and clean.They have complimentary coffee in a well-appointed waiting room with a soda machine television for those who would like to watch the service bay area as one's vehicle is being fixed. Everything is spotless and the same goes for the bathroom. The advertisement and pricings are clear of any confusion.

Again, I repeat fantastic service and very professional staff; the utmost courteous staff who care about the customers. Seldom does one come across such an extremely professional and customer focused shop such as this. They always get me (as well as my son) in and out in less time than estimated while maintaining quality and admirable competitive prices. I have price checked their competitors and are never surprised that this Tire Kingdom beats them  and is head and shoulders preferred over any other contender.

I am amazed by the excellent service of Tire Kingdom for five years in a row! All the guys there are super helpful and know exactly what they are doing, I highly recommend this shop than the other "yellow logo" chain shops.

I will definitely be back! Very nice people whom I recommend especially because they do much more than tires. There's no way I would think of taking my business to anywhere else. Period.

- Felt welcomed when I first walked in and continue to feel welcome these past five years
- Everyone at this location's team is honest and friendly, easy to talk with
- He & his staff always ensure a swift and timely line of communication, and kept me up-to-date at each point in the repair of my and my son's cars and truck
- At no point did he make me feel stupid for asking too many questions
- Every time I've called him, he's answered all of my questions & given me more options
- He provided me with a means of saving money and doing more than I previously had planned
- Has been very professional and patient, again, answering all of my questions & has certainly made my life easier throughout this repair process!

The worst customer service RUDE made app showed up 10 min early was told to wait like everybody else, app do not men nothing I drove over 1 hr to get there, Never again again.

Made an appointment to buy four tires. Arrived at my appointment time and was told it would be two hours unacceptable business model which they had discount tire tires they know how to service customers.

went in for new tires. 11 days later my car started to shake badly. my mechanic said fronttires were out of round.went to tallahassee fl. location. instead of checking tire- they showed me video of bad cv joints.very skilled at gaslighting! now i'm having to have my tires trued by another company to avoid leting them touch my car again.DO NOT EXPECT THIS COMPANY TO DO THE RIGHT THING! THEY ARE LIARS& CROOKS

Great customer service everyone was friendly Shawn was a big help with deciding exactly what i needed and prices are more than fair. Will tell my neighbors this is the place to go.

I went to Tire Kingdom at 1541 SE Federal Hwy in Stuart FL 34994 on 12/19/25. I asked for an alignment for my 2017 Lexus NX200t. I waited over an hour before they came and got me to go see my vehicle. Mechanic said I needed front wheel struts on both wheels and front Axles as well. Total estimate $2451.94 was given. I walked out of course. This location is a total rip off to the customer come to find out I don't need any of these services after 2nd opinion from my mechanic in West Palm Beach. I need the leak on the strut to be fixed will cost $600.00 instead. Big difference!! Trust me do not go to this store or any Tire Kingdom!!! Richard

Fixed tire checked other 3 tires also.No Charge,This is why I had previously purchased 4 tires there for my car trailer.

I went to the one at Kissimmee and had a flat tire. The young guy was outstanding and instead of wasting money on old tires I had them put on 4 new tires change my oil do a front end alignment. I had to wait a bit but without a appointment I was very happy with the price and the workmanship great job

I went to Tire Kingdom in Eustis FL had very good service both men running the store were friendly knowledgeable of the questions I asked also had a tire mounted in good time ** If you need tire work or etc they are a great place to deal with **

I took my wife’s car to this location about a year ago where Dagonhart provided excellent customer service. Fast forward one year, I walk into the store on Friday, I am greeted by Mason who schedules an appointment for me for the next day at 8:15 am. Mason goes on to assure me that since they open at 8 am and my appointment is at 8:15 my car would be the first one up on the lift. The next day, I arrive at 8:05 am only to be told that it would be about an hour and a half before they could get to it. When I see Dagonhart, I say hello, remind him that he had helped me in the past and ask him why they schedule appointments if they are meaningless. Dagonhart then goes on to attempt to sarcastically lecture me about arriving at appointments 30 minutes early. Im not sure what transpired at this Tire Kingdom between the last time that I was there and today’s experience but suffice to say that about 55 minutes went by with me patiently waiting for them to attempt to start working on my car and it wasn't to be. At that point I requested that my key be returned to me and cancelled my service appointment. As a customer, I refuse to fork over my hard earned cash to businesses that treat customers with indifference. Do better Tire Kingdom of Homstead Florida.

Brought my in my 2021 jeep wrangler Rubicon in for a wheel alignment 3 different times because they weren't able to get it right. As I'm driving my jeep keep pulling to the right and my steering wheel isn't straight. The 3rd time I went in I told them they needed to use a adjustable wrench (2) to get my brand new tie rod and drag link out so they could do the wheel alignment. They didn't listen and scratch both tie rod and drag link and end up breaking them. Spoke with someone in corporate office 4 days later after calling 5 times Jonathan decided to call me back to tell me they had no records of me ever being at tire kingdom in ST Augustine FL. Called corporate when I got there and show the manager what they did. And all they wanted to do was issue me a refund for my wheel alignment and told me they would not fix the broken drag link and tie rod they broke and scratch. Been on the phone several times they to get a manager to help fix this but all I been getting is the run around. Be extremely careful with this company. All the techs are drug addicts or heavy drinkers. The will damage you car and lie about it. When you call corporate office to file a complaint, they will give you nothing but the run around especially that girl Brook. She made it seems like she was helping me but at the very end she ended up ignoring all my calls. This place is nothing but trash
