Customer service request today April 20th 2024 as I needed info from a previous visit and the manager didn’t want to help, even to the point of raising his voice! Had to call the Lady Lake branch where Max was a great help and found what I needed in a few minutes. Oxford branch just lost a customer.

I took my Mini Cooper in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. I received a call that my tires were almost to the wire on the inside and needed to be replaced. The cost quoted? A little over $1000. Oh - but that included the $100 oil change.

Mini of Wesley Chapel replaced 2 of the tires less than 20,000 miles ago with a 55,000 life Hankook model. These two tires are still great! My vehicle only has 47,000 miles on it. Wesley Chapel offered to replace the other two tires for a third of the cost - with labor, alignment, a car detail, tire disposal, and FREE oil change - than the cost quoted by Tire Kingdom. Replacement? The Hankook tires that the Mini has always had.

I will never recommend this shop. Try and take advantage of a woman? Scare her with the possibility of a blowout? Suggested the highest priced tires over the phone and asked if they can go ahead? Jason at the 1260 Tamiami Trail, Nokomis, FL location can go suck an egg.

Shame on this company.

Bought two tires for 2004 Toyota and they snapped off a lug nut. They wanted me to pay almost $200 to repair thier mistake. I replaced it for less than $4 and 2 hours of work. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Will never go back.

Overpriced when you are at this company's mercy...

I recently found Tire Kingdom online and selected tires for my Dodge charger. The cost online out the door was $586. A great price for sure. Better than Discount Tire online. Once I got there and my tires were swapped out the manager gave me a bill for $791! I showed her online the cost and she said that didn't include tax and labor! We debated it for about 5 or 10 minutes and I told her no problem just take the tires off my car and put the old ones back on . She finally said she would take $100 off but I still paid more than $100 over what the price was online. Don't go to this place find an honest Tire business to deal with.

I went into The Tire Kingdom @ 2770 Military Trail West Palm Beach on 1/25/2024 @ 6:40pm because my tire light was on after try to put air in twice and the air pump wasn’t working.
I pulled up and a young lady named Audrey came out and met me at my car and I told her what was wrong and she said don’t worry I got you. So my family got out her and two other gentleman put the car on the lift and took the tire off and did whatever it is they do and 30 minutes later me and my family were on our way. The customer service that was shown was just incredible something I’ve don’t ever remember getting anywhere before.

The Tire Kingdom at 2600 State Rd 434 in Longwood Fl (store 4081) provided excellence customer service to me yesterday. I came in for wobbling of tire and knew likely needed new tires. They did an entire car inspection, let me know my tire tread was worn and needed balanced and aligned. They didn't try to up sale me and completed the service within the timeframe provide. Great service by the guys in the shop and the Manager - Dan.

Words can‘t express how much I appreciate Greg and the team at tire Kingdom, for making my experience here the best, he went above and beyond, and this customer service was amazing. I would definitely be recommending tire Kingdom, especially Greg for his knowledge and experience. I truly appreciate it. Thank you very much loyal customer always.

WAY, WAY overpriced. They charged me $440.00 for a front wheel bearing assy, which you can get for under $100.00 at an auto parts store. Labor was about 1 1/2 hours. I will not be back here ever again. Go to Tire Kindgom if you want to be overcharged, and taken advantage of because that's the actual service that you are going to get.

Went to my appointment time and checked in to get front brake rotor’s resurfaced only as they were new but had a wobble while braking. After waiting 30 minutes they moved my pickup into repair shop and did a full brake inspection on all 4 wheels. An hour later they did not machine rotors as requested but handing me an estimate for over $950. for things I didn’t need. They said rotors were too small to machine.(a lie, they turned out to be 2 mm thicker than a new one in box at a local auto parts store) They also said my rear brake cylinders were leaking(lie, another shop said they were fine) Also they said the tie rod ends needed replacing ( Lie, another shop said they were fine) bottom line I left they without any repairs, went to another shop and got my rotors machined and all is well. 434 LONGWOOD Fl. Very disappointed, purchased 1 tire for a new ram pickup the one had a scrap on sidewall and I didn’t want to tow my 5 wheel.I had to go back for rebalancing on tire because of front shimmy,went back gave mechanic my tire lock kit for studs after needing the lock on road found out he took my lug nuts from the kit don’t no why plus did damage to my polished wheel he mounted the rim wrong on balance machine 440.00 dollars for one tire and this is what got,I should go back and complain but we all no how that would turn out, very poor mechanic.

Jamie (manager) at Tire Kingdom Bonita Springs. FL seemed reliable on the phone. I decided on a tire, made an appointment and called the day before to confirm we were set to go for new tires and brakes. Arrived around 9:00am. No tires. Person on duty said only two ordered but they had not arrived. Showed him my quote for four tires. He called Jamie, but then took another call and instead of telling that call that he was with a customer and would call back, he continued to talk at length about that person’s problem. Then he returned to talking to Jamie, not about my issue but the issue of the person on the phone. Finally, while he was still on the phone, I told him to call me when he had figured it out. I never heard from him nor from Jamie, which was fine as I had now decided not to use them. One must assume that their shop is just as shoddy as their customer service. I gave them a star only because I couldn’t give a zero!

1st time coming to Mavis and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was nice being able to make a reservation beforehand and it’s being honored. Michael Leger promptly opened the door for the few customers waiting outside for the store to be opened and greeted each and every one of us. After inspecting my car tires, he explained my replacement options, what he had in stock, product warranties and estimated cost.

While I waited for my tires to be changed I was able to observe that Michael greeted every customer in his customary friendly manner. I also observed he treats the shop employees in a very respectful manner. Michael would every so often provide me an update on the status of my car.

It was a very nice experience coming to Mavis for the 1st time and I think Michael was key in making it an even greater experience.

Wow 😯 I’m still shook how amazing service I got. As a women, Im always fearful that I’ll get overcharged for things about my car etc. but let me tell u, those guys were extremely honest. Incredible friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about them! I’m so completely happy they fixed my issue! Please don’t hesitate bringing your car to them, u won’t regret! The BEST in the businesses! Simply outstanding! Thank u 🙏 guys for everything!

I've trusted their service to my vehicle, since the first time I bought a 4 set of tires, and my alignment. But, after the last visit they gave me an oversized tire, which the strut ate the inner portion of it. And, I thought something was wrong with my suspension until I inspected it and found out the tires did not match. The other tires had a size of "195/60R15" while the problematic one had a "205/65R15" tire on it.

Btw, I viewed my receipts and none of them state a "205/65R15" tire was installed.

Also, it surprises me that they wouldn't know the size since they have been my only supplier up to today.

I'm here right now for a tune up and oil change, in Lehigh Acres, FL. I made an appointment one week ago. I've been waiting now for 2.5 hours. The mechanic says he is waiting on a delivery of spark plugs. I cannot believe they did not stock the sparkplugs in anticipation of my arrival. I've been buying tires and servicing my car at Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers, FL, for years. I never had problems and delays with pricing or service. Today has been a cluster bang. I will not bring my car here again.

I am enjoying to come in the Poinciana Tire Kingdom. Nice people there great service and great work

I had an 8am appointment. A man came in right before me and had no appointment. They serviced his vehicle before mine. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 9:20am. The manager didn't say two words to me the whole time I was waiting. He never even checked to see what the hold-up was. I was the scheduled first appointment of the day, a simple 2 tire change, and it took 2 hours. I could have done it myself using only my feet faster than that. Never going back there again.
