Replaced tires did not properly…
Replaced tires did not properly attached them to the car.
Tire Kingdom lost a loyal customer today.
Had a flat tire 6 days ago. I took the tire off and placed it in the back of my wife's SUV. She took me to work and drove to tire kingdom in Inverness, FL. She spoke to a rep at the front desk who told her they did not have a matching tire in stock and would need to order it. The rep informed her the tire would be delivered the following Tuesday. They kept the wheel and said they would call when it was ready to be picked up. Tuesday came and went with no phone call so my wife stopped back in after dropping me off at work. The rep at the desk, the same one who said tire would be in on Tuesday, told her that no tire was ordered and no idea why it wasn't. He tried to sell her a different tire but she declined and asked for the tire and wheel to be placed back into her vehicle. The rep went to the garage and wheeled out a tire for a small SUV. My wife informed him that was not the correct tire and he began to argue with her that it was the correct one. She informed him that the correct wheel is for a Ram 2500. He finally returned with the correct one. I used to be a loyal customer. I have been for over ten years. I think I'll try a new place.
8:00 appontment & still waiting to stsrt work
Had an 8:00am appointment but no one to work on my car. One mechanic doing a brake job and no time for me. Making an appointment is meaningless here. The manager tried his best but as I see it there is a major labor problem here. I saw several other people leaving in frustration. In all fairness I did get 3 tires with the 4th being free and to make up for my time I did get a wheel alignement with 50% off. Again in all fairness I did get a good deal. If time is NOT of the essance I recomend this place.
Tire Kingdom Estimate and review of all the four tires-nice job by Mr. Chad Obermark
Phone number should be 407 457 3536
Chad Obermark -407 457 3536 did a great Outstanding job.
he is pretty quick, sharp, he comes and checks every tire- he reallly does the job professionally -he supports Micheline Tire -where i used to work in Greenville, SC-North america HQS- way back in the year 2003-2004.
i am touched by the gestures...he gave the print out of the estimate- and really ensured and he said he gives DoD employees 10% on the tires only.
Way to go
Appreciated again

I saw tires promo on the website
I saw tires promo on the website. Then I realized there was a chat button so I started a convo with the agent. Long story short, what was shown on the website and marked available at that store, was in fact, NOT AVAILABLE AND THERE WAS NO PROMO!!!
Had I not chatted with the agent and walked right into the store, I would be butchered!
Tire repair
Had to repair my front tire, as they said only took 1 hour and was only $33 in total. Good service
Total Scam
Total Scam, stay away!. They gave me a written quote of $100.00 to balance 4 tires and replace two pre-programmed TMPS sensors. When they were done they added a $146 to program the two sensors. They never told me ahead of time that they were going to do this or that there was a charge for this. I was told that if I didnt pay the bill they would keep my car. Total rip-off!!!!
I had my tires replaced last week
I had my tires replaced last week, I didn’t have any issues with the service, recommended
Scammers! Stay far away from this location!
This is regarding the SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd location - STAY AWAY - complete SCAM! I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years and they tried telling me that my 2014 tires were over 6 years old and too old to repair. They are indeed from 2017 and were later promptly repaired by a reputable shop down the street. When I tried telling the service writer he was incorrect, he pretended he couldn’t hear me, just like a little child does. Very sad that this type of fraudulent business still exists in 2021.

I walked into Tire Kingdom ready to have my car worked on, when I sneezed,, It;s pollen season.. However the Staff at this particular Tire Kingdom on Northlake was extremely rude and racial . As they told me to get out of the place don't ever come back here again. I ask you is this how a customer is greeted? I have been a loyal customer for several years, but with this incident I now have to take my car elsewhere, so sad and disgusted how this was handled. The staff should really be ashamed of their behavior.

Boy what a difference a change in…
Boy what a difference a change in management makes. I've been a Big O and Tire Kingdom customer for well over 30 years and I frequent the Tire Kingdom Oviedo, Florida location regularly for the servicing of my five vehicles.
The management at the Oviedo Tire Kingdom location changed a couple of years ago and I've noticed that the prices for tires and other routine maintenance items has steadily increased to the point that Tire Kingdom is on the high end of the cost spectrum.
Now, the service and waiting times have become horrible. I went to the Oviedo Tire Kingdom location of Saturday without an appointment because I had a nail in the middle of one of my tires. The shop was extremely busy, so I made an appointment for noon the following day. On the day of my appointment, my tire was completely flat, so I borrowed an air compressor from my neighbor and urgently made my way to Tire Kingdom. I was the first customer of the day and I was told that my tire couldn't be repaired until my scheduled noon appointment time. #smh I asked the manager if this was correct and he stated that he still had cars from the previous day and I had to drop my car off and he would get to when he could. #smh Needless to say, I've spent a pretty penny at this location over the years, in fact I just dropped $3,500 at this location a couple of months ago to fix my son's Mustang.
I left Tire Kingdom in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and went to Pep Boys. Tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, I'm done with Tire Kingdom!
Ripping off customers
Terrible customer service and a rip-off company. You get their service for one issue; they will try to scam you with their other services which you didn't actually need. They also have poor customer service where they show no compassion and empathy to their customers. They don't care whether you lost a lot of money for poor and unneeded services.
