The pretend Manager with the ghetto name Cashniuqe/Dashique or whatever it is should not be in Management or answering a phone with her tone. If she is truly the Manager I would hate to speak with the person that gave her the position. I called to make a payment on the account even though it’s not mine but every other professional in the office ask for the Social, DOB and address affiliated with the account to verify and my number is point of contact I make the payments. But unlike her MS UNPROFESSIONAL yelling in the phone (GHETTO) is it your account. It’s always that 1 get a small $1 increase in their hourly pay and abuse it like its their Company. I hate dealing with stupidity and ignorance and whoever hired her need to listen the calls on how she speaks with customers when calling to make payment on their accounts.

This was the most seamless experience I have ever had. The ease of the process to ensure I got what I needed was taken seriously and I appreciate that more than anything. Savannah Hwy you rock. Thank you David and thank you TitleMax

The absolute worst! They've taken advantage of my 73 year old mother and refuse to work out anything with her. She's constantly borrowing trying to pay the $1,000 a month payment for over a year now on an title loan but only brings in $600 a month. She did not understand what she was getting into. They NEVER explained that the monthly payments would be ALL INTEREST! Over 1K in interest each month is INSANE for a senior citizen struggling to survive on a fixed income. She only wants to keep her car. They didn't verify her income, nor credit. This $600 is all she has and it's from SSI.

As soon as we can find an attorney to assist, we're coming! I'm confident they are in business to take others automobile.

An absolute nightmare. These people are absolute crooks! First off they take advantage of people who they know are already down on their luck and in financial strain. Then they give you more money than you ask for so they pretty much extort even more money out of you when they charge the insane interest they charge. All this while knowing you’ll most likely never be able to pay it back since you’re there because of money problems in the first place, and they know they will most likely be getting repoing your car. It’s all a big scam and they don’t gelp anybody like they claim, quite the contrary frankly. DO NOT USE TITLEMAX!!

Titlemax in Cornith , Texas has the worst ppl to deal with they lie so bad I made a payment to pay my Infiniti off and they told me they mailed me a copy of the receipt and 6mths later still have not received one or the other copy either and then in July after trying to catch up my payments the repoed my truck and never gave me info on trying to pay it off so I could retrieve it and today they told me they sent notices to my PO box and once again I have never gotten anything had the same PO box for 20 yrs they are rude on the fone and lie so bad about what they do do not use that office in CORNITH, TEXAS

The lady at title max in Rincon Georgia was very RUDE to me about the date I paid on the 30th of August when payment was DUE and for September was due on the 29 of September and I get paid on the 30th and to fill out on the computer is Totally RIDICULOUS I hope title max will go out of Business I have posted a bad review on a unreliable company

Mrs B and Mrs Barbara are the BEST! Gettin the loan was fast and easy! They have great customer service and they are always on standby ready to answer any question and they are the best at getting thing resolved! I would definitely recommend if you needed a quick and secure short term loan!

TitleMax repossessedmy vehicle this morning 723 2025 from a supermarket parking lot. I never received phone calls or letters or text or emails from this company. I never took out a loan from this company but yet they have all my information don’t I’ve been trying to get information on where my vehicle is. This is personal stuff in my vehicle that I need they are a scam and their practices are against the law.

Over the phone just very rude service and being rushed could hardly speak
