My experience is beyond me,I've been using tjc for nearly 6 years, I've spent hours talking to customer service and getting nowhere, l can't get into detail but have spent hours on the phone, my credit card keeps on getting declined as l paid my foster dad's budget pays on my card of a £140 pounds on my card as they were presents for me,l gave his address but delivery was to my address as he passed, l was told they would close the account as deceased but instead they closed mine, l thought it was the right thing to do for me to pay off the balance and then I've received a parcel that was so damaged that item's were missing and they told evri l didn't receive the parcel, I'm grieving and nobody has had the courtesy to call me,on top of that I've had to ring credit card companies as they have blocked my account and numerous payments have been taken from my credit card, l have every recording and today l paid off majority of my budget pays even though they are not due, l was told by my credit card company that tjc are NOT following INDUSTRY REGULATIONS, l can carry on but they have consumed me at a time l should be grieving, the missing items I've been told will be delivered but not 1 person has rang me to apologise

I had a very bad experience working…
I had a very bad experience working with Shanker and Vipul. They hired me on a contract basis, assigned work, took completed and deployed work from my side, and later denied payment.
Initially, all approvals and communication were handled internally by Vipul and the team. After the work was completed, my workspace access was suddenly removed, and now they are saying approvals were not taken properly.
From my experience, they hire people on contract, get the work completed, and then avoid releasing payments. I request others to be careful and maintain proper written approvals, documentation, and payment terms before working with them.
Please work carefully with both individuals and ensure everything is documented professionally.
