SCAMMERS
I ordered a ring and the stone fell out. I was sent a return sticker by the shop and they told me the box I sent was empty. Firstly I didn’t send it in a box , also I have been told I have to sort it out on my end. However trading standards have told me this is the vendors responsibility as they sent the label and chose the delivery firm. They are refusing to refund and I now have to report it and take them to court. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. I WILL UPDATE U ALL

Always a positive experience from TJC. I had a recurring problem with Evri delivery and complained to customer service. They escalated the issue and it seems to have been sorted . I even had a phone call from an agent checking all was well . I ve bought from TJC and never had any issues ..top class company who put customers first .
