The engineer turns up on the wrong day to service my stairlift.
Absolutely useless company.
I had already booked an appointment for the 7th January and he turns up today completely unannounced when I am at work.

As soon as you brought this to our attention, we sincerely apologised and clarified the situation. Please be rest assured that the issue was resolved immediately, and our engineer attended the following day on the 7th of January—the original booking date—to complete the service as planned.
We take great care to ensure our customers are looked after. While this was an isolated incident, we’re reviewing our processes to prevent such errors from happening in the future.

The stairlift looks good and up to date…
The stairlift looks good and up to date but in performance isn’t. As an up to date design it does not move smoothly round the bends despite 3 engineers on separate occasions spending a long time working on the problems. I doubt that I will ever feel reassured in my journeys on it. I chose the make, as before, because of the high standard of German engineering. But now I don’t think this stairlift is made to those high standards.

Had my lift fitted on 21/11/24 I found the fitter to be very friendly and professional she finished the job and gave me a full rundown on how to work it left me feeling confident to use and took old lift away with no mess or rubbish to move would definitely recommend this company excellent service all round THANK YOU.
