From my personal experience, I would NEVER recommend TLP solicitors for conveyancing services and would strongly suggest you find another firm. My solicitor was Ismail Khan. I had an offer accepted for an apartment at the end of February 2022 and the process only completed at the end of September 2022, which is 7 full months!! There were no complicated issues with the property either which would have caused delay. The only reason it took so long was because my solicitor simply did not get work done. Whenever I chased him by phone, he would promise to send me documents the same day and he never did. Whenever I called him the following day to ask why he didn't send me the docs as promised, he would always have an excuse blaming the 3rd party solicitor. At the same time, I was in good communication with my estate agent who kept updating me that the 3rd party solicitor had already provided everything they needed to provide. I eventually ended up reporting everything to his senior solicitor. Things started to pick up much quicker after this, but after 2 weeks everything went back to the previous slow pace. Worst of all, I rarely received any updates about progress without me having to call him first (he already agreed many times to keep me updated by email but never did). Perhaps there was never anything to update me about because no work was ever being done.

I picked TLP solicitors because of good reviews here on Trustpilot, which is why I felt the need to write this review about my experience. This is probably the first review I've written about anything in my life, so apologies if its a bit unclear.

I have recently used TLP to purchase my first house with my wife. Ismail and Zahra were extremely helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date with what was going on. We were able to push for a quick completion date and managed to complete in around 12 weeks. This would have been faster if it weren't for some delays from the sellers. I would definitely recommend TLP!

Ismail, Amina and Zahra are incredibly professional, efficient, friendly and supportive. There were some delays with the sale of my property due to the buyers in my chain, Ismail and Amina knew just how to handle things to progress the sale and purchase with a speedy outcome. They always kept me updated and their brilliant communication helped me through a stressful sale. Thank you for making my dreams come true!

TLPS have been great in getting our exchange of contracts over the line in a very tricky situation. They did a very comprehensive job on the property report and were always available on the phone. Not quite so responsive by email though

I would definitely recommend The Law Partnership Solicitors. They made a very daunting process feel a lot less scary, and always had our best interest in mind. Our solicitor, Ismail, gave great advice and completed actions very quickly. Great experience overall.

Ismail has been on top of everything from the start, responded in a timely manner for any queries I’ve had along the way and has made the journey seamless. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Appointed The Law Partnership Solicitors as they had good reviews and their pricing is very competitive. On the plus side, they know what they're doing, they get the job done, they don't over-charge. On the minus side, they have no sense of action and work at the pace of snails. I had to hand hold them through the process - at one point they had sat on some documents for 4 weeks and goodness knows how much longer that would have gone on had I not found out. In summary, a good service if you can keep on top of the timings and manage them.

Mr Ismail Khan gave us valuable advice and prepared detailed report on the property. He answered our questions patiently. Finally we successfully purchase our house in around three months.

My experience with TLP Solicitors was excellent. They replied to my emails and turned around documents very quickly which helped move the process along efficiently. Due to external circumstances I was unable to complete the process of buying a flat with TLP Solicitors, but if I had, I'm sure the quality of the service would have been just as good.

TLP are professional, friendly, responsive on email or phone, and always happy to advise and answer questions. The TLP app/online portal is also helpful. They have provided a conveyancing service that has been excellent from instruction to completion! Would definitely use again.

I found The Law Patnership via a google search. I had a quote sent within a few hours of requesting one. The app is a good tool as you can keep track of your purchase/sale.
From the start Ismail has been very pro active with our purchase, he sends emails when he says he will and always in a timely manner. He has been readily available every time I have rung with a query. I have been thoroughly impressed with Ismail and his team. Would highly recommend.
