I have managed to secure several mortgages through Becky Bates. She is highy professional, and does her work to a very standard. She is a credit to the Mortgage Zone Limited.

I would highly recommend the Mortgage Zone, don't bother looking anywhere else. From getting the first mortgage to re-mortgaging now twice on 2 properties, has been a very pleasant experience. Always felt that we are getting the best deal, never felt pressured into a deal that was not suitable for us. Becky has been helping us for many years now, she is very knowledgeable, reliable, accommodating and helpful. Big thanks to Becky, Vitoria and all of the team at the MZ for their fantastic work.

As a first time buyer I barely knew anything going in but Becky was absolutely fantastic and really helpful answering my sometimes very basic questions. She supported me throughout my home buying process, and I will absolutely be going back for her help in the future. Fantastic guidance and I was very happy with the deal she got for me.

I have used The Mortgage Zone, for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Paul Simms is a very genuine and hard working gentleman, who I trust implicitly. He is incredibly tenacious in seeing a project through and has helped me on a very difficult re-mortgage, just recently, after separating from my long term partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, on every level. Impeccable service!!

Completed my remortgage with Paul, such a lovely and helpful guy. He even worked the bank holiday to get my application in for it, he kept me up to date with every stage of the process and my application was accepted within a week!
Will always be using this service from now on.

It's always a nerve racking thing remortgaging for me, but Paul has literally made this the smoothest and simplest remortgage we have done. He is super thorough and understood our requirements and gave us a variety of options, he has gone out his way for us and saved us money too. Amazing service every time! I have been using Becky and the mortgage Zone for years now for both my rental and home mortgages. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant and friendly service. I used the mortgage zone to buy my first house and would highly recommend them, Paul was always easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He explained everything to me about any product I was interested in ( home insurance,life insurance) so it was easy to pick which products were best for me. Highly recommend ! As a first time buyer it was stressful however sian was amazing for me, nothing felt like too much to ask for, a mortgage advisor is suppose to be your best friend and Sian really was, am sure any member of the mortgage zone will be the same.
