First time buyer with a gifted equity deposit which seemed too much for other advisors to be bothered with, Paul stepped in and has been brilliant throughout! Couldn't be happier with the service received, the right product was found for me and the advice given was brilliant, i wouldn't have known where to start on my own and very happy to say I'm now a home owner thanks to the great service!

We bought a property at auction and had to gain a mortgage before the 30day completion date. Becky and Sian works very fast to secure the money before we signed the documents. In addition, they worked hard to liaise with the sellers agents and speed up the valuation process.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy our first house during a pandemic. The advise we received from Sian Charity was excellent, and her service was brilliant. You could always reach her if you had a question via phone or email. We would definately recommend Sian as your mortgage adviser. Keep up the good work.

Excellent one to one service by Paul dedicated and very hardworking nothing was too much bother. Very responsive by phone and email and has sorted our remortgage out within few weeks

I've used these guys several times now, the stress I put them under and they never cracked once. Recently I had to remortgage 3 rental properties and a home purchase on top too, all in one hit, I personally didn't know if I was coming or going with it all.......but Like I say, they never cracked once and I felt hand held all the way and guided, it wouldn't of been possible to achieve our family dream without them. I highly recommend all of their services as I find them faultless.

Friendly staff and great service. Advice that was given was professional and informative. Mortgage products were discussed in depth without any confusion or jargon.
As I was porting a mortgage from another property, the product I wanted wasn’t straight forward but this wasn’t a problem for the member of staff that I dealt with. The products that were available to me were discussed in detail with pros and cons. The advice was given and never forced. I will always be using The Mortgage Zone for further transactions and advice in the future.

Great service, knowledge and came up with a great deal. Communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend Paul and this company.
