Beware - on 25th November 2025 I ordered a limited edition pack of 12 Taylormade TP5 Golf Balls. A very good ball with 12 special designs. $100, not cheap. This was a Christmas gift. The parcel finally arrived on 13th February. The packaging is different to.the genuine Taylormade limited edition product. The contents are 12 foam balls covered with cheap plastic. These are not golf balls and are absolutely worthless. A total scam

Total scumbag selling counterfeit items that they actually never shipped. Mine's been stuck in shipping in Croatia, the manufacturer of the product says there's no reason in the world while it should be shipping there unless it's counterfeit. They won't refund my money and they won't provide me with an updated shipping list. It's been stuck in Croatia for 10 days without any movement in the shipping. They are a rip off

Ordered Hybrid Battery charger with batteries (AA and AAA batteries). Didn't receive a charger that charges both types (as per the order and its confirmation). When I asked for customer service, they offered $6 refund. Follow-up emails ended on them stating that they sent the 'correct' item when they didn't. They then commenced to lied about what they sent to me, despite me providing pictures of the incorrect item I received, and a picture of the order.

Where to start!
Saw the advertisement for a child's science project kit. $75 Australian plus $15 post. Fair enough. Ordered one as a gift. Paid via Paypal. When I got my Paypal payment summary I was charged in USD but double the Australian amount. No mention of that on the site. Waited about six weeks and inbetween started a claim with Paypal but they were useless. Avoid this mob.

Same as other reviews. Advertised product was battery charger with Lithium rechargeable batteries included. Only the charger arrived and they refuse to acknowledge the error offering only $5 as compensation. It's reassuring to see that I'm not the only one that has been scammed but disappointed that they have not yet been prosecuted and put out of business. I've reported to PayPal and hopefully they can shut down these scammers ASAP.

Truly wish I could remove the one star and give it zero..... Thank you for your battery SCAM.... same thing here received a charger with no actual batteries and then pretending that everything was sent & offering 5$US as some form of insulting compensation.. I truly hope Karma comes back to you and your entire family and friends for your horrible decptive practices

Same as the first review, refusing to ship the missing batteries. It’s a scam.

I ordered a pack with 8 batteries with charger. They sent me ONLY the charger and they are refusing to send me also the batteries and they offered me a refund of 3 US$ ( for the missing 8 Li-ion batteries)
