Amazing customer support
I bought the kinky straight bundle (16 inches)I just got the hair installed, and I am liking it so far, it is soft and doesn’t tangle. I hope it stays that way after washing it a few times. Customer service is absolutely top tier: I had an issue with the import costs and they handled it immediately. They were very nice and professional

Second Time Fail
This is my second time ordering with To All My Black Girls. AGAIN, a terrible time with shipping. The first time, ordering to Italy, shipping was delayed, there were mistakes and they unfortunately excused it with they let the person go. This most recent time, I ordered to NYC, and it's been a month and still no package. They didn't even provide tracking with shipping something overseas, the bare minimum even though I paid $13 of shipping for one bundle. Companies closing so it's a moot point but I certainly would not order again.

Anu here, as the company's owner, I just wanted to personally apologise for the shipping issues you encountered with both of your orders. I completely understand your frustration and want to reassure you that changes are being made. Our courier, Royal Mail, has had a plethora of shipping issues as of late, in particular, a cyber strike which resulted in your order being significantly delayed. It so happens that there have been shipping troubles on both occasions that you have ordered from us, for which I apologise. We have decided not to use Royal mail going forward and have given you a refund. We take great pride in offering the best possible customer service and high-quality products. I love the quality of the hair and the…
I love the quality of the hair and the colour. I purchased the headband wig in kinky curls and then went back and purchased the Brazilian curly one. It’s the best investment I could have made and has just become my everyday wig. I love the convenience of wearing a headband wig and the quality of To All My Black Girls hair has never failed me. Anu took my order over the phone and was super lovely so 5* to the customer service too!
