TOD TV is great & more than value for…

TOD TV is great & more than value for money in my opinion - the vast array of sports (football mainly) ticks all the boxes for me
Its available at a fraction of the cost in the UK & can be either streamed in 1080HD, 4K or HDR
The supporting entertainment bundle has some good stuff included
Recommended that it is viewed outside MENA using a Streamlocator subscription

All in all, for me the whole experience awards it 5 stars!

I'm very upset.

I'm very upset.

I contacted their chat service on their page, and they told me I could subscribe from outside the country using a VPN. I followed all the steps and subscribed to Tod, but nothing is working, and the channels aren't opening. I contacted support, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution. I requested a refund, but it was no use. Nobody trusts Tod; they're very expensive and don't care about their customers at all.

I've been emailing them for days, and their response is :
• For subscriptions billed via Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly to Google. • If you delete your TOD account, you are not eligible for a refund on any previous subscriptions. No additional refund process is specified for other payment methods in the provided information.

I havent used google play to subscribe, I went on their website to subscribe which should have some sort of support for clients, which is not the case.
This is a scam, and they have their AI based system that just keeps people in a loop.
They will be hearing from my lawyer, I do not care If have to spend thousands in courts ! As long as they wont be able to scam anyone else

Honestly

Honestly, going through other reviews got me scared. But from my point of view, the reasons I purchased TOD, I'm satisfied for now cos all I wanted to stream i get them without issues. I want to also thank one of the customer service assistance in Virgin megastore , Mall of the Emirates. Neg was extremely professional and helpful. She did a great job. I was planning to go for something else but with her product know, I got a better option. I would encourage to try the Instore purchase and not get discouraged by some reviews. Setbacks might come but I hope the team is working hard to be better.

TOD does not work at all

TOD does not work at all. Worst service ever. Always freezing, does not even function. It is simply a rip off, as there no refund nkt even partial one. The company must be sued for thia. No humanan cuatomer service to complain to. One is shoked that ita mother company is BeIn Sports. What.a shame!!!

Frequent Crashes and Lag Despite 4K Subscription

The app crashes frequently, whether I’m using it on my phone, watch, or TV. It runs very slowly, and right now while watching the Liverpool vs. Atletico game, the stream keeps lagging and even stopping completely. On top of that, reaching customer support feels impossible—it’s like a mystery with no clear way to contact them. I’m subscribed to the 4K plan at $15 a month, and this level of service is really disappointing.

Repeated Scams – Paid Subscription, No Access, No Support. Stay away from TOD.

I’ve had enough of TOD. This is the third time I subscribe to watch matches, and every time, it ends in frustration. after just a few days of working, my subscription stops working... on its own!!! again AND AGAIN. The app treats me like I'm not subscribed, even though I paid. Now I can’t even log into the account that has the subscription, while I can log in with other accounts. What kind of joke is this? This is obviously a form of fraud.

Each time, I have to open a ticket, wait for like 2+ days for a useless response, and the best they can do? issue a compensation. You take people’s money and deliver nothing. This feels like fraud at this point.

Fix your system or stop offering paid subscriptions. And if you can’t deliver what people paid for, refund them.

I'm not falling for this scam. and you should not fall for it too. refrain from TOD. use other great services. even pirated IPTVs deliver more than TOD.

TOD is very inconsistent with the…

TOD is very inconsistent with the reliability of coverage. It glitches at the worst times. Sometimes it’s ok. Other times you cannot view in English, only Arabic. It’s extremely frustrating that’s it’s so unreliable coverage. As I’m writing this I was able to watch the race in Saudi, but as soon as the race finishes, within seconds, it glitches and post race interviews and trophy ceremony coverage is absolutely awful! Makes me wonder how I can get around not using TOD.

How do you trash $100 with TOD and Google Play?

My 10 yo son wants to watch football games on TV. I decide to buy a TOD subscription for him

Day 1: Purchase a $100 subscription, then discover it works only for mobile.
Try to upgrade... impossible!

Day 2: Email TOD the support

Day 3: TOD support said you cannot upgrade bcs bought it on Google play.
You need to get a refund from Google for the purchase.

Day 3: Ask for a refund from Google

Day 5: Google answers refund is only possible within 48h of the purchase

THEN no one cares!!! TOD does nothing, Google does nothing
CONGRATS to these beautiful companies.

Honestly, When I first started using it, it was alright but now it keeps on saying you reached device limits so i logged out of every device and it still said that, I think that they should remove the fact that you are allowed to only remove 1 device every 30 days!!!!! It is a 0 out 5
