Be careful, dont subscribe! They charge you bit they dont show you content you subscribed for and they dont refund. They dont even care once they charged you. BE AWARE!

You literally cannot cancel once you subscribe. And they take your money every month. When you try to cancel, it says you have to wait until the end of the month you've just paid for and of course, if you wait, they take another month's subscription. If you go to their support link, it sends you to the same link that doesn't let you cancel. What a scam they run. Awful.

The have charged me the subscription fee, but I am not able to view any of the content! The app is prompting me to subscribe and pay again although tht subscription fee of 69.99 already debited from my bank account through apple pay. The worst thing that there is absolutely no way to contact them though telephone or e mail to resolve the issue.
I have seen tens if not hundreds of reviews going talking about the same issue, so I am quite sure that the company is aware about this but dont have the decency to resolve the issue and refund the money which in my opinion one form of fraud

Paid for subscription for euro24 and Olympics. Had some blackouts during the euros but generally managed to watch all.
Was not able to see any of tge Olympics at all.
Ended up in email conversation with them for 3 weeks where they did not help or take any responsibility, offering no refund.
After Olympics finished they suggested I could watch the highlights ................enough sad
Never again with TOD TV, I do not recommend at all.

Paid to watch the euros and the olympics. Was not able to watch the Olympics. Sent them emails as this is the only. Way to contact them and kept receiving emails in which they said that they are working on it. Subscription packages are confusing, prices are high and service is just rubbish. I am not sure how Bein collaborated with these scammers.

Save your money - don’t subscribe! I regularly have issues where the platform does not allow me to watch games/matches (3 times in 2 weeks, in 5 attempts…), and despite this they provide no support and no money. Avoid!

They have a tricky way to make you subscribe. I wanted to watch euro2024 and I logged to my Tod account where they show euro2024 live matches with subscribe button: I pressed the button and I was charged $50 for 1 month. When I want to watch the message came that I have no credentials to watch the match. What a scam.

Terrible service! Subscribed for the tennis French open, and it kept cutting non stop, couldn’t watch anything. While still subscribed, couldn’t watch the euros football. Absolute cheats

Paid USD 18.90 to subscribe and watch Euro Cup. Doesn't work. It says subscribe and the clicking on the subscribe link says you don't have an active subscription!!!!

This is the biggest scam of taking our hard earned money and no way to cancel or get a refund. There is no customer service channel or access. Just FAQs which are not truthful.

As an English-speaking subscriber watching the Euros, paid almost GBP150 and certain games are Arabic only. The support replies sound like robots. Not happy. Misleading

I would give 0 stars if possible. Zero absolutely zero customer service. I tried upgrading my subscription I couldn't, app freezes a lot, sometimes it logs you out on important matches. And lots and lots more hiccups

The app ( both on TV and phone ) are useless. Any big game the app decides to throw you out and you can keep trying to log in it won't work, have seen other comments on their Instagram account, same issue.
Secondly the biggest issue...Customer care does NOT exist, you can try anything you will never get a response..
Only thing guaranteed from them.. they will take your money.

Really hope someone gets football rights in the region to show how it should be done, these lot should never be allowed anywhere near sports, appalling service.

This TODTV is a BEin media biggest scam. Such big companies should be ashamed of themselves to pull such things.
I have been scammed of $150 a year subscription of their most expensive package. The thing is they have shut down or communicated with customers and there is no way of getting in touch with them. no fu***** way....
Add to this they allow 5 devices for my chosen package to be registered, and here I mean if you made a mistake and you login to a device, this device will be immediately registered and so on. And you are only allowed to remove 1 device from your devices list once every 30 days. They are so afraid someone is going to share their account. They exaggerate a lot. Even if you want to share the account, you won't be yourself able to watch simultaneously as others, so they should have removed this 30 days crap. And with the highest package you are only allowed to watch at 2 devices simultaneously. So yes, they exaggerate a lot.
Not only that, I wasn't aware at the beginning that only one device was allowed to be removed each one month, so I was testing things on my mobile at first and I thought I should remove it. Now I can't even watch on my tv because there is another issue which is counting devices. I know I have logged in 3 devices and it says 3 - 5 devices on my account but every time I try to login to my TV I keep getting that I have reached the limit of how many devices I can log in to. So there are a lot of technical issues. I have read the FAQ they have on their website, and it says I have to contact them so they should refresh my watch and device list, but no. They have closed the contact us part and only left with FAQ. and There is no other way to contact them even with all their social media pages and whatsapp. So now I am stuck with something I paid a lot of money for and probably won't work and won't be able to watch it on my TV. Those are the biggest scammers I have ever seen. So please learn from my and the others here experiences and save your money and go elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone to subscribe to those scammers.

Got scammed and they dont even reply. I paid for a subscription and they keep updating a ticket that I cannot log in to and check. 30 USD down the drain just like that.

This is the worst vod subscription I've ever seen or tried, they foul you with benefits especially when it concerns sports lives but after you pay you'll see another upgrade to watch subscription ! and they don't offer any type of refund.

Unable to upgrade my subscription, and the email address that they are putting is useless.

Never get any reply to multiple emails yet I’m a paying customer. Site crashes regularly and activated devices are changed randomly.

No contact number to speak to an actual person and no reply to emails. Impossible to communicate. Site has been down on many occasions.
