Love the padded summer lightweight jacket . I have been looking for a while perfect powder blue colour .
The assistant was very helpful too . I have had tog 24 clothing before and it is good quality clothing at very reasonable prices that always fit correctly and look smart even though it’s casual wear.

Recently visited the TOG24 outlet at Clacton.
Store was lovely and clean. All items displayed neatly and in size order.
Could easily find what was needed without assistance. Staff were present if needed. Decided on two waterproof jackets.
Callum B served me at the till and he was polite, friendly and efficient.

Sales assistant very helpful, with a good knowledge of the available products in the store, and an good understanding of what would fit. Bought two coats due the attentive assistant.

I've have had the Keld Women's Softshell Long Jacket for over a year after comparing many different ones. I chose this one because the length was perfect, it was lightweight, and it was minimalistic. I could not imagine that would be the biggest waste of money I ever made. While the jacket is waterproof, it traps moisture inside, leaving you wet and smelly. Thus, it contradicts TOG24 description when it claims it is "breathable". I can only use it for 5 to 10 minutes because, after that, my clothes get wet and I will get a cold. It also takes a whole day to dry from the inside, which is very inconvenient. So I would not recommend buying it to anyone.

I love this jacket. It feels really soft and has a muted blue colour. There is a fleecy lining so no need to wear anything else. It's light and the cuffs can be loosened or tightened depending on the weather. Love the hood too an actual one not a roll out one. Just love it. Simple but effective

Bought a lovely men's gilet for a gd price. Quick delivery with royal mail and it was processed my order very quickly and efficiently. I nearly got put off with the reviews not being higher but I am very impressed and will definitely order again from tog 24 without hesitation.

I bought my two jackets from the Keswick store and the two lady assistants were very helpful. Really pleased with my purchase

Sizing is absolutely ridiculous. I have s tiny 7 year old and he could barely get the 8-9 jacket on. It irks me that when a product is described incorrectly and is not fit for purpose that I am still paying the shipping fees and therefore only get a partial refund. Not worth the risk. I hope someone with more time on their hands legally forces Tog24 to refund shipping costs because I'm fairly certain that it is illegal to missell in this way.

I bought a jacket from Tog24 Livingston shop and when I went to the counter to pay Emily told me that if anything went wrong with my new jacket in the first year, I was to take it back to the shop and they would try and fix the problem and if they could not fix it I would get a new jacket! This is the first time that I have ever had this advice from any shop when buying a jacket. I will definitely be back to this shop.
