When you know you cannot attend on the day booked please let the customer know. I waited all day on our field when I rang to ask why nobody had come I was told, driver was running a full day behind, Monday's run was being completed on Tuesday.

No sanitiser in one toilet and no toilet paper in another which was disappointing as not hard to check on delivery

We are happy that the booking process and delivery and collection went smoothly, but are sorry to hear that a couple of things were missed before leaving site. We will be reminding all of our drivers of the importance of double checking everything is present in the toilets before they leave the site, as we know how important it is for our customers to have everything that they need ready for their event.

The units were in good condition and they arrived and were collected on the dates specified.
My only criticism is cost. I was a returning customer and would like that taken into account for a charity event.
