I started buying these shirts several…

I started buying these shirts several years ago and I loved the way they fit and the feel of the material. Last several shirts I have ordered have developed holes throughout. I reached out to Tommy Bahama and they told me to send pictures through email. I sent some pictures and never heard back so I reached out again. I spoke to someone and he told me that they reviewed my case and the best they could do is send me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. If I am having quality issues this is the last thing I wanted to do. I ordered another shirt thinking it may be a bad batch. To my surprise within 2 washes they have the same holes in them. These shirts are not cheap. Even using their $50 off coupon it still ends up being close to $100. I called them up and the guy told me I could send the shirt back and they will give me a refund. Instead of trying to address the issue they avoid it. My first couple of shirts I ordered from them were great, but everything else has not. The guy didn’t seem to care how I felt. My $30 polo shirts have lasted me years.

I am very disappointed with Tommy Bahama

I love Tommy Bahama clothes. I have bought several items and they always fit well and look good. Their clothing is expensive but I always thought it was worth the price. However I recently bought a very pretty shirt from their linen collection. The minute I put it on I could tell the difference from other items I had purchased. I could tell this shirt was going to wrinkle, but I never thought it would be that bad. I wore it to a casino and by the end of the day it looked like I had taken it out of the bottom of a clothes hamper and put in on. It was a wrinkled mess! Luckily I had a jacket to cover it up. There is no way I can ever wear it again. I called customer service to let them know and they were less than sympathetic. They just said thank you for letting us know and that was it. I thought they would have at least offered me a discount off my next purchase or something. If I’m going to pay $118 for a shirt, I expect it to look good all day! I don’t know if I will buy anything else from Tommy Bahama again. I feel that they don’t stand by their products and lack customer service.

Terrible customer service at…SW Florida store

On May 30 I went to the TB store at Coconut Point Mall in Estero FL. I had a $50 discount coupon. I had terrible service. No one offered to help me. Multiple sales associates were standing around talking. I purchased something and returned if the next day. I wanted it in a different color. (I would have asked for the other color on the day I bought it if someone had bothered to help me.) The person at the register told me I could pay for it at the store and go pick it up in Naples FL store. No offer to order it and have it shipped to my home or for me to pick it up in the Estero store. I returned it and asked if I could have my $50 discount back. She told me no. That they could only "roll it over" once. When I questioned what that meant she said I would have to use it at that time right there at that store. That is ridiculous! The service was terrible on both days I shopped at the store. No one asked me if I needed help, etc. One salesperson stood there folding clothes while I struggled to reach something on a top rack. No offer to help. I had to walk into the fitting room area and stand there until someone offered me a fitting room. I am shocked at the level of poor service at that store. When I left I went to the J.Jill store nearby. They couldn't do enough for me. Such indifferent customer service. But taking away my $50 discount because I returned something is terrible business practice. BTW - the item I returned looked worn and reeked of perfume. Thanks a lot.

Love the style of their clothes.

Love the style of their clothes.
Have bought at least 50 items over the years, but the quality has gone downhill. And to make things worse they do not stand behind their products. After a year, two zippers broke on their $120 shorts, and recently after a few washings, the polo shirts developed holes… too much money to spend on inferior products. I am done with them!

I have been a loyal fan for ten years- BUT no longer

I have been a loyal fan for ten years, knowing that their products are over priced. But today when I tried to redeem a gift card for $50, my item did not meet their $100 limit. It cost $99.50. I see this as a rip off. I have just ordered a similar shirt on amazon for $47 and it will be delivered today. Tommy Bahama takes at least a week or more. So it is now time to switch from TB to amazon.

Self destructing shirts

I have had many dozens of their silk shirts over the years. The ones with attached designs have all separated from the shirt. These are $150 shirts & should not self destruct. I contacted TB Corp...they don't care. I love their shirts...however, will now boycott them.

Beware

Beware! It takes 1 month to get your money back from a return! That’s if they can find your return in your here distribution center in Washington! If you want a different size or color you must order again it will take another month! Not very consumer helpful!!!!! They don’t want the o return your money

The Website is f****** terrible

The Website is f***** terrible. Probably wont be making a purchase. Had $700 worth of s*** in my cart and it just disappears when I go to checkout. Also Promo codes do not work!

Ordered online from Tommy Bahama on…

Ordered online from Tommy Bahama on 12/30/22 and never received the order. Today, customer service stated that the order is lost and they would replace if I gave a new credit card order. How ridiculous is that.
1 week later, Tommy bahama credited everything to my satisfaction

The company as a whole is horrible.

The company as a whole is horrible! They care less about associates in retail and customer service. The company concentrates more on the corporate office associates and to hell with retail associates and customers. All about the ceo and corporate!

We bought five Christmas gifts today at your Stanford store. Elizabeth and Jenee could not have been more helpful. They boxed the items, included individual gift receipts and labeled whom the gifts were for on the back of the box. There is NOWHERE we could have shopped who would have provided this excellent service. We are devoted customers.

Not the same as their original fit I Terrible quality

Since Tommy Bahama was sold a few years back, they have changed what made them the company the original 2 founders based their business on ! The changed their original fit which was made for the "portly man" as it was designed for. They completley canceled that from their line and now everything is imported and does not fit properly. They are more interested in sunglasses & coolers than what they were founded on ! I have owned over 60 shirts and will never buy another one ! Someone needs to start another Hawaain style shirt company for the normal guy...

Got to say 'love tommy bahama'.

Got to say 'love tommy bahama'.
My experience with their guest services was excellent.
I returned a sweater to exchange for a different size and received it within 2 days. I also sent emails prior to my return with an immediate response. Staff were so lovely the products and service are 5 star.

Tried to cancel my order 8 times within…

Tried to cancel my order 8 times within the 24 hour window and received a notification saying "my cancelation request had been received, and that I would receive a confirmation email." Well 2 days later the only email I received was one stating they shipped the order anyways! Now I have to go through the trouble of trying to do a return and waiting weeks for a refund. Bad first experience!
