I’ve bought two beds from Tommy Swiss, a gas lift double and a normal queen. Very happy with both. My only criticism is that neither came with assembly instructions and had to be guessed. The gas lift was tricky because of this but I managed to find help on google/ YouTube.

Very Efficient delivery service but average product. There is very little padding on what is meant to be the highest end mattress supplied. Essentially the spring base is good but there is minimal cushioning foam support or density to product.

Very good quality bed frame and…
Very good quality bed frame and straight forward, clear and concise instructions with is great.
Can be squeaky when moving around on it but take into account that the bed is lifted via struts so it is to be expected.
There was a few marks on the leather that looked like dried glue but you don't really notice the marks once you have a bed on the frame.
Over all I'm relatively happy with the product.

Two minor matters were the clip to stop mattress from sliding doesn't fit and where are the 'Nylock' nuts supposed to go?
Assumed they were on the ram lift attachment.
