Website has disappeared stole my money. Absolute scam. Only bought a piece of vinyl so I could cover my 90 year old fathers glasses as he has double vision.

Vile people.

Should always buy with paypal. Lesson learnt.

Placed an order on 29th September, it's now 16th October and had no update on my order what so ever, I have also emailed their customer service team but not had a single response. Their Shopify site is also now non-existent. DEFINITE scam AVOID at all costs. Glad I only placed a small order

Avoid do not use this company.
After you have placed your order you get a email to confirm your order I had no other updates on my order. I requested a refund through PayPal. Cheap prices cheap service Avoid

didn’t even dispatch after 14 days shocking behaviour no communication at all.
They look like a great service but they are TRASH

Absolute garbage

14+ days for shipping apparently but they haven't shipped my item after 16+ days. No one replies apart from on Facebook and that's only if you're lucky. Had to request a refund via PayPal. Customer service is absolutely vile. It's a shame as my first order with these guys was good. So they definitely just pick and choose what they want to do.

I have ordered from this company before and had no problems at all. This time round I ordered my products on the 22/07/24 and today is the 03/08/24 (12 days) and it has still not been dispatched. I sent them an email to ask when the product would be dispatched and no reply. My stuff I ordered after these products from china have arrived.

Absolute disgrace

Made an order on the 3rd of July it's now the 22nd of July and the message still says that they have my order and will email me when it's been shipped, I tried to make contact with them twice and no one has got back to me, the company is a joke and I will not recommend them or buy from them again.

Good thing I paid with PayPal, I had to get them involved for a refund as that's how I paid this joke of a company.

Placed order via the range to be fulfilled and dispatched by this company was due 09/07/24 was not even processed until 10/07 tracking provided was fake and even wrong format for Evri and six days later still showing as waiting to. Be collected the range have tried contacting them to find out why with no reply I managed to email asking last night and immediately got a reply telling me if I messaged again my email would be blocked but no answer as to why tracking was fake this company had been nothing but unhelpful have failed to dispatch goods provided fake details and still think they can keep money I will not give in until I’ve received refund from the range regarding this order

Purchased through TGE from an external provider. They were difficult to deal with so I got in touch with TGE directly and my queries were answered within hours, product arrived on time and I’m very happy. Thanks for the great service.

Recently purchased a cricut maker from toms gift emporium. I was hesitant to purchase due to the cost of Cricuts generally however speaking the TGE’s sales team put my mind at ease quickly, they answered all pre-sale questions I had and I after deciding to treat myself this arrived a day or so later, even with some free bits included. Very happy and will no doubt be buying consumables very soon.

Happy with vinyl purchased from TGE which arrived promptly and well packaged. Works well on our vinyl plotter to make external vinyl decals.

Great products at an amazing price. Well packaged and received in good time. Will be ordering more, especially scraps boxes.

Ordered a week ago, still not saying items have even been dispatched. Emailed twice and no reply. Still awaiting order and not got a clue when it will arrive or if it will. Will need to email again.

Purchased a tub of glass etching cream from TGE worked very well and arrived quickly with tracked delivery, hope to purchase again soon

I have ordered from Tom’s gift emporium through the range previously, and absolutely love their vinyl. I have now ordered through their own website and will do in the future as well

Ordered from the range on November the 6th never received my order and the range are useless as well Tom's emporium never sent items and can't provide tracking either and when asked for a refund say they can't as its been sent out but never received it or even tracking don't use the range or Tom's emporium if you want to check and contact us our order number is W16866214 but as you don't respond to the range I don't hold much hope for you sorting this either
