Absolutely garbage

Absolutely garbage. They intentionally screw up the recipient's address so that the shipment gets returned to their warehouse. When you demand refund, they play dumb and pretend that the shipment reached you and refuse to give the money back. This is beyond bad customer service, this is flat out fraud.

Dashcam stops working - do not expect any warranty to be honoured by this company

This item was delivered under a year ago and worked fine for nearly 11 months. Then it stopped working and troubleshooting revealed that the car charging adaptor is broken - and despite many emails TomTop, they refuse to honour the 12 month warranty.

They will not offer to fix, or replace, or refund the faulty item.

The only thing they will offer me are points to use on their website - but these are basically worthless as you are only allowed to use points up to 30% of the value of the order.

Avoid this company at all costs

DO NOT USE TOMTOP

DO NOT USE TOMTOP. I ordered a ukelele case 66 days ago and have yet to receive it. The estimated ship time was 20-30 days, which was a little long, but I figured that because it's an international company the processing would take a little longer. At 35 days, I emailed, asking for an update and they said it was "shipped" 3 days after I ordered. At 45 days, I followed up again and they asked me to "kindly wait another 15 days more". Well... it's now been 66 days and their customer service has done nothing to rectify the situation. They have ignored all requests for a refund and I'm beyond annoyed at this point.

DJI Spark NO WARRANTY provided in Europe

I purchased a Drone DJI Spark and paid extra money for the express delivery; the shipping took anyway a week to depart from China and then long time to reach Europe with no tracking number.
The worst part of it is that my Drone crashed due to an hardware fail recognized by the DJI as their own fault under warranty (no user fault from flight data); now it can't fly at all.
The problem is that since I purchased from a Chinese shop online, no warranty is provided at all unless I'm a chinese resident.
TomTop doesn't inform at all about this when in their website selle products with one year warranty. The should inform clearly the customers about the LACK of warranty of their products and their LACK of assistance after sales.
Tomtop also cheated with me informing that they doesnt' offer assitance for a product they don't sell anymore, even if they were selling again.
be careful if you purchase a valuable product in Europe or US because no warranty is provided unlesse you are chinese.
The result is that i have a 700€ Drone useless because of hardware/software fail that I can repair only at €400 charge.
Never again I'll buy from a Chinese web shop!

What a shame!

Follow their policy I tried to return an item. Absolutely poor level of customer service. Number of emails sent without response. Tried different channels: emails, chats, FAQ. Nothing worked. i had to raise this issue with my bank to help me to claim my money back.
They want to make a business within Europe they need get European level of customer service!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid at all costs. Appalling customer service, no understanding of consumer law.

After 'purchasing' my item I received an email telling me that I had taken too long and that the website, despite giving me a confirmation, had cancelled the transaction. I re-ordered and then received two items and was double-charged. Tomtop refuse to refund the 2nd item unless I pay for return postage. They think that their processes outweigh consumer law. They thought an acceptable solution was for me to sell the additional unit and they would "allow [me] to keep the profits."
Also, I've just noticed that, despite trading through a .co.uk website and shipping from the UK this has been processed as a foreign transaction and I have been charged additional transaction fees by my credit card as a result.

poor service

ordered on 1 august, paid for priority shipping and received despatch confirmation and tracking number, had heard nothing by today (10 august) contacted their online messaging service to be told incorrect address input - ok my error, but why was i not made aware. Tried to sort the situation and was met by the rudest agent, who asked if i have had any education and then kept cancelling my request to chat- when i asked to cancel the order and receive a reund, he again closed the chat. So not i have no idea where my item is or if i will be getting a refund - theft at its finest.

Don't trust TOMTOP on warranty…

I bought a ELEPHONE P8 MINI made by TOMTOP.
Had a 1 year warranty.
After 10 months the mike was no longer working.
SO I LEARNED THAT TOMTOP CHEATS ON THE WARRANTY.
I reported the problem they were nice and suggested I get it repaired locally. I checked back with them with an estimate of nearly £60.
They said they would give me £10 for the trouble.
I asked if I could ship it to them for repair. They said NO.
And they even took back the £10 offer.
I quote them saying they don't mean it when they sell items with a one year warranty:
"Sorry but the phone has been used for almost one year ,and before when sent it out ,we had checked and confirmed everything in good condition"

I was a fool to think that TOMTOP was a reliable merchant.

I bought an article on TOMTOP, paid more than 20€ for an express delivery (3, 4 business days) and the article came almost 2 weeks later. They refused to pay my money back and said I was not cooperating. I never dealed with such an unprofessional business in my life.

Ordered a package 3 weeks ago priority…

Ordered a package 3 weeks ago priority shipping and it has not even arrived at the destination country yet. Paid heavy shipping costs and they won't refund the shipping... They just offered a few points so that I can buy more stuff from them which I'm not interested in doing due to this situation. I don't recommend purchasing anything here.

Dont order from TomTop - delivery unreliable and no support if product not delivered.

Ordered product in May - tracked all the way to South Africa via DHL - once it reached SA it disappeared. DHL have no idea where it went and keep changing their story. Tried to contact Tomtop but they ignore my emails and requests fr help. Bottom line don't use Tomtop if you live in SA as the chances of getting ordered products is very, very low.

Second order i bought from TomTop that…

Second order i bought from TomTop that didi not work. The first it as a BB8 robot that the control wont work. after a month they decide to send me another control and the problem it as solved. the second it as a wireless mouse shape car that on work when i light the on botton, even with new batterys. i believe i wont by a third order from Tom Top again. no way.
