I’ve ordered from tonic vault in the past and they were brilliant. Since swapping from Royal Mail… everything just goes tits up. I’m still waiting on an order from the 16th. They are now using Evri which is a bad choice as Evri literally couldn’t care less whether they delver the package or not. It makes tonic vault look bad they can’t even get in touch with Evri themselves so organising a delivery is impossible. Don’t think I will be going back to tonic vault because Evri have not bothered to try and deliver the package and tonic vault can’t do anything about it… a real shame.

Got exactly what's was ordered. it was better in person then then the photo. will defo recommend for the price.

Been with tonic vault a good couple years now and have always been happy with there product and delivery time.. Never had any issues at all. Unfortunately,since they stopped using Royal Mail and changed to these other people my delivery information is constantly being changed . I get emails saying my order will b delivered at 2 o'clock, then another saying,it's now 6 , then another day 9 o'clock, then after all that waiting in all day I get another email saying our driver has finished for the day and delivery will be tomorrow.. This has caused me to probably not order from them again.... It's a shame... JR

Placed 3 orders now, good quality, always delivered within the quoted time window.
Really nice touch with reward points as well and decent rewards that can be claimed with them.
Really helps with my ADHD and psoriasis.

Really great service, fast and efficient delivery and as described decreet packaging. Am using to help step away from it's counterpart and wanted to wean to vapes over time. This has really helped as looks, smells and tastes the same but just helps feel calm and helps with sleep. It's not taken long for me to want to cut out the baccy as well and still gives an effect that helps with the habit and psychologically so I'm very happy with what it's achieved

Poor communication from this company 24-48 hours for a reply to emails
and they take too long to process orders but try to blame it on the courier. I would advise using other companies.

tonic vault has some nice hemp tea at good fare price's good free gifts nice company to use tasty flavours for brewing a fresh cuppa

Excellent delivery time and tracking was spot on to the minute (dpd)… I had a substitute in my order and received a free heretic torch as compensation. Even ASDA don’t give as much compensation for substitutes lol

whats has happened to this company.was brilliant until recently, they use to send your parcel out next day. now we have to wait for a week to come if not longer. they don,t answer emails either. i will change my star when it improves or the answer the emails
