I have incorrect bits in the two kits & missing instructions in one for a pulley extractor, I have left voice messages as the phone goes to answer phone & emailed my complaint with pictures on both kits. One kit was bought through ebay & the other bought direct with the company. I have also complained
through the ebay complaint department.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, bought a slide hammer attachment on next day delivery from them to get a wheel bearing done asap before i went away and it broke immediately on its first use, i had to weld the end back on to make it work and because i fixed the tool they have ignored me and refused to refund it because i had to modify it to get the job done, ridiculous
