Very good price for the drive belts &good delivery time

This ladder is the cheapest on the market by a long way could not believe it, great quality product delivered quickly and I'm delighted.

I was at first a little worried about ordering based on a couple of reviews that told of long delivery times. For me this was not a problem, delivery was good, taking less than 1 working week from date of placing the order and being shipped by Royal Mail. Yes we would all like instant delivery, but for me, a few days is fine.
After much searching online, the cost of the items ordered was the best I could find. And a good selection aavailable. All items arrived in a single, well padded package.
Overall all I was very pleased with the service and will certainly reccomend and use Toollineuk again.
If you ask, 'why only 4 stars', well I beleive that in anything, there is always room to improve. Maybe free standard delivery.

Good product and delivery in 4 working days. Was the cheapest on the internet. Would of been 5 Stars had they used a courier that was able to provide a delivery date. This was critical for me as the ladders would not of fit in any of my cars if I missed delivery and had to go to the couriers depot. As a result I had to work at home for two days waiting for delivery, something I am lucky enough to be able to do. Others may need to book days off which would remove the benifit of the cheap price.

Toolline - Please get better couriers! most couriers are now able to provide delivery dates enabling buyers to make plans, yours (Royal Mail) did not, I was not even provided a tracking number.

Toolline have since informed me they are able to provide tracking details and delivery date if you contact them after purchasing

I ordered the Bosch workbench mid-afternoon, it arrived at 8.45 the next morning (free delivery!). Very impressed.

Ordered ladders on line. Requested specific dates for delivery and they kept to these. Kept me informed by e-mail. Good price and free delivery! Very pleased with everything.

Having compared prices on the web, and perused customer reviews, I ordered a Bosch PWB600 Workbench from Tool Line. The product was exactly what it purported to be, a light and easy to erect workbench that (subject to further testing) appears to be stable on a flat surface. I was happy to pass on my heavy and awkward old Black & Decker Workmate, which is still going strong, to my son. I found the supplier to be top notch since I was kept in the picture by automated e-mails confirming the order and advising of despatch etc. It arrived postage free within 48 hours of order, but be careful to factor in VAT when considering the price.

I used Toolline for the first time last week as they seemed to be the only people displaying the tools I needed. Delivered in 2 days and exactly what i needed at a very good price. thank you

Prices are very good, some of them are really unbeatable. However, it takes 2 to 3 business days if not more before they even ship your order out. This is unacceptable in our high-tech era. Fix this and I'll give 5 stars.

Price was cheapest on the Internet, delivery extremely quick and exactly when advertised. Can't say any better than that! Very happy customer

I purchased a set of ladders which were £60 cheaper than screw fix even with 10% off. They arrived well in advance of the estimated delivery date and the delivery driver ensured they were safe even though I was not present. Superb sevice and price highly recommend.
