Ordered my petrol strimmer through too lineup and not only did I get a strimmer of the same model cheaper than Argos by £30 I had it delivered to my door in 48 hrs after ordering it over the weekend. Great service and good communications.

Unbeatable!
I purchased a precision lubricator. The service was excellent, the product fantastic and the price unbeatable, and no rip-off on the shipping cost either. That in itself is refreshing and makes Toolline my first port of call for future purchases.

Sent wrong item
First time I've used the firm and I ordered 4 things. They got 3 out of 4 right. I was asked to spend my time sorting the return out at the post office. Thankfully they aranged collection instead. So someone now has to stay in to sort out their problem. Doubt I'll get a thank you or paid for taking a day off to wait in. I am also still waiting for the right item. Not impressed!

A VERY GOOD PRICE INCLUDING DELIVERY,IN FACT THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND ONLIINE.A GOOD PRODUCT WHICH MATCHS THE SPEC THAT I WAS AFTER.THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT THE LADDERS ARE DESPATCHED DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER IN FROM 3 TO FIVE DAYS SO IT TOOK SEVERAL EMAILS AND A PHONE CALL TO ASCERTAIN ON WHAT DAY I COULD EXPECT DELIVERY. I ORDERED ON A THURSDAY AND GOT THE LADDER THE NEXT WEEK ON A THURSDAY.I HAVE TO SAY THAT THERE WAS A NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION BUT THIS CAME AT A COST OF £35 .THE OTHER THING IS THAT THE LADDERS ARE DELIVERED WITH NO PROTECTIVE WRAPPING IE BUBBLEWRAP OR CLINGFILM SO THEY SUSTAIN MINOR SCRATCHES TO THE ALLOY.
