From website to delivery, simple, efficient, good value, recommended
We needed a submersible pump, the website was easy to navigate and compare equipment with similar properties allowing us to make an informed choice. Checkout was simple and intuitive; delivery dates were given and adhered to, with e-mails to advise of progress.
Parcel was well packed with simple return instructions if required.
Our main reason for choosing Toollineuk was the price! This was by far the best value for a branded item,

I was after a Draper Tote bag, and Tooline were the cheapest online. Ordered another Three products with it, which were also well priced. Site was easy to use, and the items arrived on day Three, as advised.

excellent service and price
I purchased the ladders from toolllineuk £30 less that I would have had to pay at screwfix. They arrived in perfect condition. My only gripe would be that after placing the order I received only the information that it would arrive within 5 working days after despatch from the manufacturer.
As it happened, I arrived home just as they were being delivered.
I think the problem there was not with toollineuk but the courier used by the ladder manufacturer.
