Great price on the item I wanted, easy to navigate and order online. I had a problem straight away with the item after the 1st day of using it but after telephoning Toollineuk, they were happy to swap it out straight away. Highly recommend using them again.

Ordered two tools via eBay, neither arrived so phoned to check and was told one was discontinued so the other hadn't shipped. Was advised item they had would now ship but that also didn't happen without a further chase up call. Not the best experience.
