Great customer service very helpful when choosing right product even contacted ladder manufacture regarding product details and availability, I was advised delivery would be between 7 and 10 days due to manufacture but received in 3 days. I will be using Toolline in the near future.

Best price I could find for item. Took a coupla days longer to arrive than I'd hoped. Problems started there: one end of package completely open, with contents in disarray. Consequently, some deep scratches in powder coating which required touching up with paint.
However, I believe the blame here lies firmly with Parcelforce and their ill-equipped delivery service.
Tooline did offer complete replacement of item, but I'd not the time to take the offer - yet another week with, presumably, more expense.

I previously left a review commenting on lack of communication and receipt of a damaged item. To Toollineuk's very great credit, as soon as their customer service manager saw the review on Trustpilot he actually took the time to phone me, listened to my issue and dispatched a replacement after personally checking it for damage.

Exceptionally good resolution to the situation. And as such I have no hesitation recommending Toollineuk. Thanks for the service.

Very east to order. Quick delivery. Good value as I bought several, to last me many years. As such the postage was factored across several of the same item, if buying singly the postal charge would not make it cost effective.

I was charged £12.95 for standard delivery to Northern Ireland.. I took near a week to arrive. . I am able to post similar parcels to the UK recorded overnight delivery for half the price. It would put me off ordering again...
