quick delivery

I bought a submersible pump and it was delivered the next day. After a few months I noted a manufacturers defect and contacted Toolline. They arranged for the next day collection of the article for return directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer tested the equipment and I have just received a brand new replacement. All of this was done free of charge following one phone call to Toolline. Brilliant. Well done. I will always use the company in future.

Exchange an item with no fuss no extra cost and very fast. Very pleased with the response.

I wasn't sure if the replacement chuck was still available for my drill as I've had it for some years. I was relieved to find that Toolline kept this in stock, which saves me having to replace an expensive drill.
I found the service straightforward fast and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

good products at good prices

I recently placed an order with Toollineuk, the website was very easy to use and completing the order was simple. I immediately received a confirmation email. After a few days I called them to enquire where my order was, I was advised that some items were out of stock and that stock had arrived that days and the order would be sent, sure enough the order was despatched (with confirmation emails) and then received the next day.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I was not advised about certain items being out of stock, this should have been advised on ordering or very soon afterwards.
The staff when I called were very friendly and helpful.
I would happily order from them in the future.

Saw these ladders and review on Screwfix website and forum. Price checked item once decided on type of ladder. Tool Line UK came out about 50 quid cheaper. Delivery included. Arrived within timescales. Perfect condition. Great set of ladders. Very happy customer.

At 1st glance the web site was minimal in its information but eventually got used to it.When it came to ordering again minimal in content but ordered my item but didn't get a email for conformation of my order for some time.The order arrived on time and was just what I wanted.

2 weeks for 2 circular saw blade reducers to arrive. Charged £4.95 for postage, was eventually sent by royal mail second class (not signed for either). If you need your items any time soon, as I imagine you would, avoid this lot.

Problem free transaction with good delivery time at the best price I could find on line. What more could one ask.

Ordered a ladder on 20th. Today is 27th and no indication of delivery. I suppose to have an email when it is dispatched and I have not get anything. Maybe £10 cheaper than Amazon but service is 10 times worse. So will stick with Amazon next time.
