Simple Service
Simple process and easy communication. Only let down really was the courier did not communicate at all. Tuffnells just turned up. Thankfully I had returned home 25 minutes earlier.

When I got down to having to make a choice I couldn't believe the difference in prices presented - from £10 to £40 more than Toollineuk for ladders that were similar in every respect. The ladders arrived on the 5th working day, no charge for delivery, and I was able to check that I hadn't mis-read any information. Oh happy day.
