Very Good Service

Good selection of tools with a number of UK manufacturers represented. Competitive prices with good communication and very quick dispatch and delivery (subject to Royal Mail!). Well packed with sustainable packaging. A very good service overall.

I ordered an item that was difficult to get stock, Matt went above and beyond to obtain the item and without prompting kept me fully up to date via email, an absolute gentleman. I really appreciated his honesty and communication.

One of the best places for the finest quality hand tools. Very good prices and excellent service. My order was delivered very well packaged the next day. Always the first place I think of when I need a new tool.

Having placed 6-8 orders over the last year + I can only say every order has been fulfilled to the highest standards. Communication of order placed, good prices, arrived in days, this last one and not unusual, arrived via Royal Mail the next day. Very well packaged.
Recommend.

Fantastic craftsmanship on this…

Fantastic craftsmanship on this product, tracking item with Royal Mail could have been better but not sellers fault, when I did mention to Toolnut staff. Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. Item arrived on time. Just couldn’t be tracked for a couple of days.
Will certainly use the site again and their website was easy to navigate and due to it being a blade my age had to be verified; this was done automatically via the site so was very impressed with that service. EBAY COULD TAKE A LEAF OUT OF TOOLNUTS BOOK ON THAT ISSUE, happy I found this company and their merchandise is second to none. 5*****s guys
