Wrong size sent
The lock looks good quality but I ordered a 3.5"and was sent a 3.0"so I will now have to fill in the gaps. Also I thought that there would 4 brass screws with it.
The corner brackets were fine.

Easy to order from the website. I had omitted some information on the order form and received a very polite email from Matt so that I could complete my order.
My items were delivered very promptly, and were well packed. They were very reasonable on price, and beat most others.
It will be my go to company when I order more tools.

Clifton No.4 1/2 plane purchase
Toolnut’s prices for Clifton planes are amongst the most competitive I could find, online. At the time of purchase, they had a discount offer, which made the No. 4 1/2 plane the cheapest, on offer in the UK. The plane is brilliant, has great weight and is finished superbly. A fantastic testament to British engineering, the plane just exudes quality. Extremely fast delivery and the plane was well packaged. I will definitely make further purchases from Toolnut, excellent service from a great company.
