I want to cancel my membership
I want to cancel my membership. That appears to be a complicated process. I accidentally opened an account and tried to cancel it shortly after that. There is an cancellation period of 14 (!) days. I have not used any of the services offered and it is still not clear whether I will be charged for the above mentioned 14 days. I was told to wait for an e-mail that allows me to skip the charge. To me this is inconceivable. The acceptable response should be that no charges will occur and my membership is immediately closed.

I never heard of them or ever used their services but I was charged every two weeks, I'm still trying to get my money back. My card was used against my will, I don't know how and I'm still waiting for them to give it back.
Edit: we did reach to you, phone and email. Still no responses, but the money is gone. It is a scam!!!
Dec. 2025 Update: It's a scam, they never gave us our money back, we managed to cancel the money withdrawal, but we keep checking just in case. They are trying to take down bad reviews, clearly it's a scam.
