When setting down my age as 81 I was informed that Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a quotation for your combination of trip duration, age and destination of choice. WHAT A CROCK.

l have been insured with your company…
l have been insured with your company for several years up to and including Christmas 2019 and New Year 2021 when we returned from Spain.
On the renewal date l received a reminder to renew it, why in the middle of a pandemic when everything and everywhere is closed would l need to renew our travel insurance, it would have been so nice to have received a refund for the part of the year that it could not be used or even move it forward to reduce the cost of this years cover.
