Would give a -5 stars if I could. From reviews here you can see the is website is a total scam. I mean what website would automatically charge your credits regularly ?charged me 5euro and told me they had informed me and that’s why it’s totally legitimate. I don’t even know what they sell neither can the CS answer.

Thee most outrageous, Misleading website. I was made to believe I was purchasing a pair of Nike trainers for my son for his birthday at a discounted price.
Only to be falsely misled into a subscription.
Cancelled it after 24 hours as you have to wait 24 hours.
Then today, they have taken nearly £10 out of my account.
Absolutely fuming.

This website should be banned

Blatant Scam. They're registered as a company called Nimbly Limited (according to my bank) and they steal money off of random people under the guise of "subscription". If you too have been scammed by them, please contact your local authorities regarding this. Check the govUK website for their registered address.

Edit: They have attempted to contact me with wishes for me to change/remove my Trustpilot Review in order to give me the full £180 they stole from me. For those who don't know, this is entirely illegal under the 2015 Consumer laws. I have reported this to the Trading Standards. They've attempted to coerce me into helping them break this law despite my attempts to stand my ground. I was more than happy to change my review to be a more positive one but after this absolute disaster, I cannot.

I was not aware I had signed up to Topgamers, believe it occurred after I placed an initial order with Hello Fresh meals. I have not bought anything from them or taken advantage of any of their alleged offers yet they have taken over £50 out of my bank account. After a lot of emails I have had a partial refund but I am still chasing over half the balance. I am furious !!! Any advice would be welcome.
Following contact with Top Gamers the misunderstanding has been resolved.
