I ordered a pair of shoes in my size, but they did not fit. I submitted a return and never received the label via email. I have emailed them three times asking for the label with no response. They also charge you $20 to return something.Their customer service is horrible and return policy sucks. Would not order from them unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return the product.

Another amazing purchase experience with tops and bottoms USA. So many times they’ve come through to give me the opportunity to get another shoe in my collection. If I need a shoe that’s about to drop, just enter the raffle and cross my fingers that I’ll get that notification. I even enter for shoes I’m on the fence about and they still give me the chance to purchase the shoe if I commit to it. Williams has been my go to representative, he really takes care of his returning customers. Even when he’s not able to help someone out because everyone and their mother wants the shoe, I don’t get mad or feel down at all because I know sooner or later he will help me out. I appreciate you Williams.

I was originally sent the wrong jacket that I ordered, I ordered the white fur version and was sent the blue fur. I called the number and spoke to Williams and he gave me the option to either send the jacket back free of charge for an exchange or they’d refund me 15% back which amounted to $105. I didn’t mind the blue fur option (thought I still would have preferred the white) but I thought that was fair. Williams was great. Thanks again!

Williams made sure that the refund from my purchase was processed and everything was on track in order to receive that particular refund. Customer service was efficient and I truly thank the staff for the assistance, especially Williams.

Great service even when you're calling from out of state

Listen to the reviews and do not buy from this store. The product was falsely advertised. I purchased this hat specifically because the listing showed it without a pom-pom. The item I received was different than what was pictured and included a pom-pom.

I called customer support twice and emailed them and never received a response. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money—purchase from a reputable company that delivers the correct product and stands behind what they sell.
