Scammed with the wrong product and no refund

Spent $37 on a pair of earrings. When they arrived (from China) they were the wrong size, shape, colour, pattern and closure and very cheap quality compared to the image on the website. They offered a $7 refund and then 'suggested' that if i return the product any refund would 'be delayed for months' or 'even lost'. It is a good scam to send the wrong, cheap product and attempt to force you to accept a refund that still leaves them with a massive margin and you with an expensive, useless product you actually did not order in the first place. Strongly recommend to avoid completely this site.
