SCAM: Stealing balance after rollover & providing FAKE license info!
STAY AWAY FROM TOPX (topxgo.com)! This site is a total fraud. I completed a 50x wagering requirement (rollover) as per their bonus terms. When the rollover was finished, my bonus balance was $95,320.40.
According to their own Promotional Terms (Clause 3: Transfer), upon completion, the amount to be transferred should be X2 of the original bonus amount. Instead, they deducted the full $95k and only credited $59k to my main balance, effectively stealing $36,150.98 without any legal or mathematical justification.
Even worse: In their official Terms of Use (Section 27.5), they list a official "complaints" email (Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ) as their regulator. I contacted that authority, and they officially responded that they have NO relationship with Topx. This casino is providing FALSE licensing information to mislead players and avoid legal disputes.
Support is useless and provides contradictory answers that don't match the transaction history. If you deposit here, you will lose your money even if you win fairly.
