A Great Experience from Start to Finish
I I recently purchased a product online and noticed a discrepancy between the advertised price and the price shown at checkout. I contacted customer service for clarification, and they responded promptly and professionally.
They explained that the pricing differed between the black and gold versions of the product, which cleared up the confusion. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me a discount on either version and also advised that they would do their best to have my order shipped out the same business day.
I appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Based on my experience so far, their customer service has been excellent.

Amazing Sales Team at TVape
I usually place my orders with TVape online, but yesterday I called in to see if I could possibly get a discount, as I was ordering some new items that weren’t on sale. I was blessed to have met Nick on the phone who not only was super friendly and professional, but he was able to discount my items within a couple of minutes, and he saved me a big chunk of change! I have left reviews in the past about Tvape's amazing customer service with regards to their excellent warranty coverage and service. The Vape toy is the best I have ever had/seen and I use it every day woo hoo! If you don't already have the Utillian 8 turbo, you need it lol, off for a vape!
