This site makes it substantially easier to plan and obtain necessary reservations for hikes in the park, combining food, shelter, and distance for planning purposes. If you make errors, the site is quick to help you fix them. The service adds to the cost of a trip, but eliminates the very real risks of trying to plan a long hike at a distance and over the internet.

Super easy to book with, managed to make a reservation for the O circuit a week before my trip!
Just finished the trek and everything went super well!
Highly recommend if you are too overwhelmed to book it yourself or don't want to overpay with an agency!! :)

Good planning. Good Booking.

Mixed feelings. I thought the process was initially quite simple and easy. I thought the instructions were quite suffice on first glance but as I reread I had to email multiple times to get clarification on buses and the boat. Via email response I was impressed with the speed and helpfulness. When I however arrived, people were walking toward a direction with no signature of where this led too. I asked multiple people and they said they just followed the crowd. I thought between buses this needs to be explained where to go. When I arrived at Centro, again there was no direction. I followed signs to camping but then signs just stopped. I again asked multiple people including workers who stated that had no idea either. It took me an hour to find the base for camping and it was then too late to start the 9 hour trek which ruined my first day. There are also different camps to chose from, with drop down arrows. I didn’t think this was very obvious when booking but was able to change camp sites during the hike which was great. Overall the site was good, but I think it needed more information and to explain there were other options. Pricing was cheaper than other sites but overall the trip was way over priced for the experience which is disappointing. I did enjoy it, and the scenes were beautiful. It was a hard trek but worth it

This was the BIGGEST help in coordinating the W-Trek and the transport to get to and from Torres. My friends and I wanted to do the W-Trek self-guided and it would have been a big mess to coordinate if it weren't for Torres Hike which made everything so easy to coordinate and manage!

Such an easy way to book your whole w trek without worrying. They give you tip on booking your transport as well.

The ease of booking is lovely - makes things much simpler. I think there could be some improvement in with a brief description of each route on the results page rather than just within the detail page.

Great way to see how to book all your campsites which can be confusing without the site

It is great that this site exists, because navigating camping reservations in Torres del Paine park on different websites and organizing your trek would be very cumbersome. I also liked a lot that the system remembered my credentials between different trials on booking. But still there is space to improve (maybe on the side of the camp providers), because it happened to us couple of times, that we were almost finished and then the system told us, that given combination is not possible.

Having all the W Trek information in one place made the reservation process easy. The information includes the number of kilometers hiked per day, meal options, bus and boat information. Hike Torres even has a process for making changes.
