Get Jana on your side!
I’m not exactly sure why it’s so hard to book these campsites ourselves directly but whatever it is, I am glad I had Jana on my side to help with my reservation on such short notice. She was professional, prompt, informative, and accommodating… all via email. She worked with me through many options to get an option that I was happy with. The costs are a touch higher since you are paying for the convenience, however, it’s worth it.

Perfect for our self-guided O-Circuit
Straightforward & responsive, this aggregation website saved me hundreds of hours of trying to book one campground at a time. Once my reservation was set - changes were simple, as other accommodations became available, and the team at Torres Hike was great about responding to things I didn't understand. Would absolutely recommend.

Price and anti semitism…
Prices will be high and take advantage of the tourist( in the camps)
In addition, as an Israeli, seeing all the stickers against my country with captions such as “Star of David with a target on it“ , “ pigs are not welcome here” ,and “stabbing Jews” was a tall porter with long hair with a bottle like this, he is your employee..
you pay so much money and get pure anti-Semitism, the park is beautiful

However, we would like to clarify that TorresHike is a booking platform, and we do not operate the campsites, employ staff in the park, or control the services provided there. The camps and refugios in Torres del Paine are managed directly by the accommodation providers.
Similarly, prices for accommodation, meals, and services in the park are set by the operators themselves and are clearly displayed during the booking process.
We take concerns like the ones you describe very seriously, and we strongly encourage you to report these issues directly to the campsite operators so they can investigate them properly.

The best self-serve reservation service for Torres Del Paine
Torres Hike made the process of making reservations for our Torres Del Paine hike so easy. Instead of having to visit at least five separate websites and ensuring compatible reservations ourselves, we were able to book everything from park entry tickets, bus tickets, catamaran tickets, and campsite/meal reservations from one centralized website with a simple user interface that makes it easy to keep track of status. The service fees were extremely reasonable and well worth it for the value the service provides. I had one question during the process, and Jana got back to me quickly with the answer I needed. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone interested in organizing a trip to Torres Del Paine.

All great, thank you. Food was excellent. Reservations easy to access on campsite arrivals. Friendly staff every time! Well done, and we often reflect on the huge logistics behind that working each day. Amazing.
The only problem we had was before hand, being forced to book spaces where we had to use supplied sleeping bags and tents some nights when we carried them all the way.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the required tent and sleeping bag rentals at certain campsites. Some locations limit the number of self-supported camping spots, which means hikers are sometimes required to book the pre-set gear even if they’re carrying their own.
