Reasonably priced, great service!
Very happy with the company. We had to pivot from an Aconcagua attempt to something at lower elevation and managed to book a Torres del Paine O-circuit 3 days in advance with Torres Hike. They seem very well plugged into the booking systems of the other companies and can give you near-realtime availability for camping. This was super helpful as we were putting an 8 day trip together - last moment, with some limited flexibility on dates. The other part I loved is that they were transparent about their fees and didn't just give you a total price for some bundle where they doubled the cost into a "package". In our case, the fees ended being about 15% - a lot better than what I've seen at other places. Definitely worth it for us, not risking the booking across multiple systems and then getting the park entry permit with the properly filled application. The descriptions they share of each day on the trip were almost like having a guide too. One little suggestion - integrate the transfer bus ride from park entrance to Torres Central. We were lucky we had some cash for the bus, thought it was included. Other than that, the trip was smooth and everything was booked properly and worked as expected - thanks!

Unfortunately, the cancellation policies are not determined by us. Las Torres and Vértice set their own rules and deadlines, and we are required to follow them when managing reservations. Because of this, we aren’t able to override or refund bookings once the provider’s cancellation window has passed.
We do our best to make these policies clear by showing all cancellation deadlines and conditions during the booking process, so travelers can make an informed decision before confirming.
We truly wish the circumstances had been different for you, and we hope that when you’re able to travel again in February, your experience in Patagonia will make up for this disappointment.
Heavily overprized for bad service.
We had great weather. The trails in the park are partly very bad. The service in Los cuernos and Chileno was bad, food mediocre, staff unfriebdly. Sanitary infrastructure in general basic. For the hefti prices you feeel insulted. Internet is charged at horrible rates. Save your money for better places.

You don’t need that stress of planning when you go to these sorts of places.

Clear, Easy to Use Site & Outstanding Customer Service
The assistance I’ve received from Veronika and Jana has been indispensable during and after the ease of booking our trek on their platform. Their customer service and communication style is beyond measure.
I’m still in the process of planning our arrival and departure to the Park. They’ve been helpful with the logistics in that effort as well. They are knowledgeable and if they don’t know they suggest options and advise on who to contact to find out.
