I would give a rating of Zero. All bad. Take your money and deliver nothing. Nothing works on the website except to order. I can't cancel the order. I can't check on the order. No response to email. The credit card co. can't refund because the charge is still pending. I guess they hold out until you stop checking on the order, and then they slip the charge through.

I ordered Folgers Colombian coffee at a price that was too good to be true. My credit card was debited and there was never any delivery. I tried contacting their customer service and never got a response. I noticed the company was from Asia.Fortunately, I contacted my credit card company and they credited my account.

I purchased something my order # is822276 no notification or any email have I received from this company letting me know when I will give my brother it’s sad that we have so many people online that is scamming if you’re gonna scam do it the right way find a job

Day late and nearly $20 short…I should have researched before ordering, but now, no merchandise, no email, no phone, no legit address (in US). There has to be a way to crackdown on this type of fraud. Somebody in Vietnam is living it up on all our money…it all adds up quick

Paid for an order it’s been over 2 months haven’t heard a thing from them

I placed an order for eyedrops x 6. After they took my payment, I can not reach anyone the website gives me errors and I did not receive email confirmation or any tracking information. This is a scam, I reported but believe I will not get my items after looking at all the complaints. They get you with hard items to find or buy elsewhere. BE AWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. pissed, i worked hard for my $26.19

Total Scam is what they should call themselves. I think they limit the transactions because it somehow keeps them out of jail. 2 orders, never saw a thing but the receipt that they took my money. Where is the FBI on this one?

I can't believe people can be so dishonest to scam people the way this company is doing (company???) I tried emailing them twice with concerns and no reply.
Please BEWARE! You will not receive what you order, but you sure will be CHARGED.
I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I'll be much more careful ordering from unknown websites from now on!!!

Using Paypal, Ordered (3) 5lb. bags of SunFoods Hindoe Brown Rice on Feb 23, 2025. Paid $12,27 for rice, $5.99 for shipping, plus $2.19 for tax = $20.45. Its now March 19, 2025. Have NO Rice, NO response.

Ordered items over 6 months ago still have not received items

I was totally scammed by this website. I ordered Alka Seltzer Gold, 2 boxes, for a total of 25.12. I became suspicious, when I didn’t receive any tracking info. I emailed the seller, Nguyen Cao Cuong. Ahhaah, China scam! After 3 emails, this was the response in broken English…”We processing u order, please waiting, thank”. Yeah, right! After a week I opened a case with PayPal. That same day, PayPay emailed me that I was receiving a full refund. Obviously, that tells me PayPal has had other cases with these people. Be on notice, Total Hill…I am reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission!

Total scam. $20 wasted Should have known it was too cheap to be true and should have checked website out before using Visa will refund my money but why are they still trading. DO NOT USE

I was buying me a iPhone on there and I use my credit card and after days after days I didn't get my stuff what I want I wanted to get a refund but I couldn't and I didn't have no tracking number to see where it is this is why you don't need a shop on there they took money off my card and I can't get nothing this is the worst shop ever 😡😤

I am very serious. totalhill.com is a Scam. I was searching for an adult female hair care product and I found it on totalhill.com. It was weird to find an adult female hair care product on a children's website, but the price was very good, so I ordered 2 bottles of adult hair care products and used Paypal for payment. 13 days later I not only do not have a shipment tracking number, I don't have my products.
I reported totalhill.com as a financial scam to Paypal.com and not only have they refunded me immediately, I asked they look at all Paypal Customers Complaints against totalhill.com.
Financial Fraud Get No Stars.
