I would give a minus but there is none. This place is a rip off from the get go. I am still waiting for an order that was placed in July. They will not return email. I do not think Google should support business that are dishonest.

Totalhill seems like a total scam
I ordered Two bottles of 32 oz. Citrucil from Totalhill on 8/26/24, I paid $38.58 on Mastercard. I received an emailed receipt – from PayPal, but I did not pay via PayPay. Paypal shows no record of this transaction. This Totalhill website offers no tracking data either. In fact, I can find no record at all of my transaction. However, my Mastercard shows Totalhill charged my credit card for $38.58.
No respponse to email. I will dispute charge with Mastercard. Curiously, Totalhill has a dinosaur logo, a West Virginia website address, a charge to me paid to Singapore. And a Vietnamese headquarters.
Stay away from these guys.

Also would give this 0 stars if I could. I’m so glad I used PayPal instead of a credit card. If they had my credit card information it would be really bad. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! It looks legit and prices are reasonable but not out of line, so that doesn’t tip you off. Why does tip you off is the fact that your PayPal lists Nguyen Thi Luyen as the payee and not Total Hill. Then you get no correspondence from them about your order and no response to e-mails trying to contact them. I just learned about Trust Pilot and will use it faithfully from here on out.

TOTAL SCAM. I made a purchase, price seemed great and shipping within reason. Never received, would not answer any emails, phone numbers are FAKE, address is FAKE. Used Paypal and now forced to jump through hoops to get refunded. STAY AWAY, these are CRIMINALS stealing your money.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. On 8 July 2024 I purchased a copper pancake griddle. I was so excited to find one that matched my Gotham copper cookware that I didn’t pay attention to the fact that the website sold children clothes. I thought oh well maybe they found this great product and wanted to share it. My purchase as for $23 and I used my debit card. It then changed to PayPal and with a foreign name I did not recognize. I contacted Totalhill and told them I did not authorize that purchase on PayPal and wanted to cancel order and refund money. No response. I sent a second email, no response. My third email chastised the company for their lack of customer service. I then went to BBB and FTC websites and logged in a complaint. I read others who stated Totalhill was a sham company, and that the address and telephone number in West Virginia were false. I then reported fraud to my bank and got a new bank card. I am disgusted with the fraud that is out there. Please check into whether companies are legit with scam sites.
