Totally Wellies are my absolute go-to shop for wellington boots! Today marks the second occasion I've bought from them, and the experience really couldn't be improved upon. I was searching online for these Grubs Highline Mahogany wellington boots many online stores claiming they had them only to be told they are no longer available. But then I found totallywellies.co.uk and hey presto deal was done, wellies turned up very swiftly and came well packaged with free delivery and at a great price. I wore them for the first time today in the snow here in Mid-Wales they are very comfortable feel nice and warm and the grip is fantastic all in all I am extremely happy with these wellies. I ordered a pair of Grubs snowline 8.5 wellies on the Monday and received them on Wednesday, they were the cheapest online and the best quality product you can get in the range, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good customer service.

Terrific service from this company. Readily gave advice on sizing and the order I placed on-line at lunchtime was delivered mid-morning the next day! The price I paid was also the lowest I could find. Full marks on all fronts!

Good day.
I have a problem thats developed on the Grubs wellies I purchased from totally wellies .
I have attached pics.
Its on the right hand boot only where the rubber appears to be cracking.
The boots are only used for casual dog walking as and when needed and have not had a lot of use.
They have not been anywhere that could have contaminated or damaged them i.e. petrol or solvents.
Just grass areas and the beach etc.
They have not been damaged by force etc, you can see that around the area there is more cracking appearing.
I just think for what should have been a quality item the defect should not have occured.

I ordered my buckboots hi viz wellies on Friday morning and total wellies got them too me by the 1:30pm the next day ! I will definitely be doing business with these guys in the future if they’re providing service like that 👍 fantastic !!!!

Brilliant customer service - I had to exchange as I’d ordered the wrong size and they were quick and helpful. Product is good and was a bargain.

I've just purchased a pair of Stellerup Quatro Sport wellingtons and had excellent service at a competitive price. I'd not heard of Totally Wellies before and checked their reviews here on TrustPilot before committing my hard earned cash. Ordered yesterday and they arrived today. Carefully packed and good communications. The website could be vastly improved is my only negative. It doesn't adjust for mobile screens, which was a pain and didn't allow delivery choice selection, which I understand is a temporary glitch. I'll do a review on the boots themselves once I've used them more. Definitely recommend Totally Wellies!

When I first contacted Totally Wellies the size I needed were not in stock. The staff member I spoke to could not have been more friendly and helpful and made sure I knew when my size arrived at their depot. My wellies arrived quickly and everything I had ordered arrived in the one package. Great products. Best price I could find. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Totally Wellies

I ordered a pair of wellies on Monday morning and didn't receive an email confirmation. The weather has been horrendous recently, so I thought they'd be busy, so I decided to wait 48 hours before contacting them. However, the wellies were delivered the following afternoon, despite heavy snow falling over the past 24 hours.
I was very impressed. The price of the wellies was good and the service was fantastic.
