Absolutely fantastic service, ordered muckboots Monday afternoon and delivered 9:00am Tuesday. Spoke to staff on the phone and they were extremely helpful. Will certainly use again

Very good service, delivered one day after ordering, Muck boots -Derwent II were cheaper than on any other genuine sellers website. Not worn boots yet but arrived in perfect condition

First class service. I knew what wellies I wanted and, after a bit of research, found them cheapest on totallywellies.co.uk. I ordered late on a Tuesday evening and they arrived by noon on the Thursday! I was also kept up to date with delivery info, etc and the items arrived well packaged. The website was functional, a little dated but I wouldn't be put off by this. Overall I am very impressed and will definitely shop here again. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to family and friends.

Great product, fantastic service and fast delivery! I ordered the wrong size wellies and they were super helpful in assisting me change them, getting the replacement delivered to me in time for Christmas and kept me up to date throughout the process. My partner loves his Skellerup wellies and they were the most competitive price I could find online. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a pair of Dunlop Purofort wellies a few days before Christmas. I wasn't expecting them by Christmas but upon placing my order it turned out the wellies I ordered were actually out of stock. They tried to contact me on a number of occasions shortly after I placed my order but my phone was playing up and I didn't receive the call. However at the end of the working day I received an email explaining what had happened and that they had some on order but if I needed it before Christmas then they would happily refund me. I didn't, so I said I was happy to wait as I didn't need them for work until the new year.

On the 24th Dec I got an email saying my boots were going to be delivered by the 28th. They did come a day earlier.

Overall I was really pleased and Impressed with the service, I was well informed promptly and treated nicely. The price was good too. I will definitely be looking to use this company again in the future when my wellies eventually give in again.

I bought a pair of Argyll wellies from this company last year and found a split along a seam had developed about a year later. I phoned totallywellies and spoke to Neil who said could I send some photographs and he'd see what he could do. Good as his word, he got the manufacturers to replace them and I received the replacements today, having been kept abreast of the process at every stage by Neil.
As good a customer service as one could possibly hope for. I'm very grateful to Neil and totallywellies.

I placed my order on a pair of Hunterboots late wednesday and recieved it monday morning. The prices are low and they have a wide range of boots, but unfortunately at the moment they don't have many different sizes.
I've spoken with costumerservice once, the were very nice and helpfull.

I can highly recommend others to buy their wellies here.
