Long wait times for shed but it was worth it in end the shed they installed is very good

Solid work by the lads very happy with my pent shed.

These guys did an excellent job with my shed, I could not have asked for a better job done in the end the guys were very kind and finished the job in under an hour!

Had a summer house from them. The delivery process was quicker than expected and fitting was done nicely and fast. The summer house is very spacious inside and would recommend this company.

I had a shed installed in August 2020. The next day the roof had leaked badly and the roof had warped. Submitted photos but they advised that the lining needed to be changed. So they arranged for someone to come and change the lining in september. They arrived and said no the entire roof has dropped and needs to be changed. So by October they had changed it. Now we are in May and I’ve gone into the shed to find a big puddle and my stock drenched and ruined in water. I do wonder what their solution to this fix would be now.

After reading the reviews about how rubbish they were I did think what have I done. Just had it delivered and paid for erection and I cannot praise them enough. Was delivered when that said also put up in no time. Good quality shed I would recommend.

Good product,well priced. Later delivery than promised but it was bank holiday Friday. Erected in 30 minutes. The guys were great even though they were under time pressure and at 5.30 still had another delivery. Great job all round.

Very happy with the shed. I had delivered a 6x4 shed from Total sheds the lead time was slightly longer than initially expected but it was well worth it when they delivered. The shed looks great just like the amazing pictures of it on their website. Customer service was fantastic and the fitters were very helpful! Overall a great experience

Ordered summerhouse, shortly after installation noticed door starting to warp even though it had sadolin exterior varnish inside and out, contacted total sheds and was offered £75 to have it repaired locally, i opted for total sheds to do the work which they said would be around 6 weeks as they were so busy, i was fine with this and sent sizes of doors and pictures of doors, 6 weeks later i emailed for an update, they denied having heatd from me, when i pressed they admitted they had heard but hadn't had pics or measurements, was now offered £100 to have it repaired locally, i still wanted them to fix it themselves, that's when the emails stopped, haven't heard anything for weeks now, my only option now is to take them to court, please avoid this company, once they have your money they don't want to know you, their customer service is shocking, it's a shame really, a couple of friends asked where it's from, but i had to tell them to purchase elsewhere due to poor service.

If I could give zero star that is what I would give. The sheds is not the standard expected for the price, but the mistake is made you see the quality of this company after purchase. They have your money. They do not care.
The fitting problems arise long after they have gone.
They take no responsibility even though the law says they are responsible.
Customer service is the most unprofessional ignorant people I have ever dealt with. Rachels course of action is to ignore a reasonable request. She has been trained well in rudeness.

Your shed may look good when first erected but just wait for the BAD fitting to show after a year or so.
You will get no help once the shed is up. They are disgusting.
Much better sheds out there with companies that care about Customer Service after they have your money.
Avoid this company. Looks are not everything believe me when it comes to these sheds how true.
Buy from a professional company with quality goods and professional fitters not amateurs looking for a quick buck and no recourse.
AVOID do not believe the advertising. Get a decent shed with decent after care. The most important dept in any company is a decent Customer Service Dept, no such thing with this company.
Pay that little bit more it will be worth it. You lose more than you gain with Total Sheds. Do not buy a shed you will sorry in the end.

16/7/21Thanks for carefully worded reply. Firstly I only wanted advice on how to fix my dangerous shed that your fitters erected incorrectly. I did not want a refund I did not want another shed, I accepted it was out of warranty, 6 months on a shed is unrealistic, BUT no one expects a shed to to be in a such a dangerous state after only just 2 years. I have had 3 independent inspections and all have said that the roof has not been secured properly and that is why the roof is moving and pulling the shed forward. I know your fitters are self employed but you know how to contact but that said you could have offered to give me advise on how to fix the problem or decency send someone to look. Rachel’s customer care is to ignore as long as she can. Be as unhelpful as she can. There was no reason not to give the information I requested. I wanted to speak to the owner or the legal dept. I was refused both. I feel I have been treated appallingly a request for advise has led to this. I brought the shed in good faith. Maybe my expectations are too high or I am naive. I thought sheds had more than a 2 year lifespan. No wonder you are so busy. All I wanted was a safe shed which you are not willing to help with.

I had a 12x10 log cabin delivered and installed earlier this week. The guys did a great job, firstly manoeuvring the panels through a difficult access and then setting it up quickly and efficiently. After three days of heavy rain it is nice and dry inside and is a great addition to the garden.

Just a comment on the lads that did the installation work on our shed today - Ben and Gavin - who arrived on time, were polite and courteous and cracked on without fuss, getting the job done in under an hour. Can’t fault them, great job.

Good customer service from start to finish.
Delivery drivers very polite and helpful.

Summer house delivered and installed on the 20th by 2 gentleman who I was later told were “sacked” but after looking at further reviews after mine, seems like they are still working for the company.
Later that evening we get a phone call from a lady 6miles away to say she has found our invoice (along with 2others) screwed up found down a side lane! All of our personal details were on this (she obviously got our mobile from it to ring us!)
I managed to get hold of the other lady who’s invoice was found and we both emailed Total Sheds. She received an email back quite quickly to say the 2 gentleman had been sacked.
My email took a fair few days, it was only after I chased them, I got a reply.
It was very shambolic, and covered in flaws so I still with the email and asked for compensation due to the stress it’s caused over the past few days. The last email I received said they gentleman have received a “warning” (they were sacked the other day so who knows now!) and no...no compensation will be given to me.
Shoddy wording, no amount of empathy, just told me the invoices “flew out of the window”

The whole company stinks! Don’t bother buying from them!

I was nervous after seeing lots of negative reviews but cannot complain

From placing order through to delivery and install has been good. They rang to confirm the online order and ask some install questions in advance and confirm delivery date. Day before due I also got a courtesy call to give approx time. The 2 guys who delivered and installed were great. Tidy work and quick.

Only small thing was they left without advising they were finished or letting me check amd as a customer think that would have been courteous but it was all fine when we did check but overall no complaints.

Very poor service, they give incorrect information, do not reply to issues and refuse refunds when the incorrect amount is charged. Would never use them again.

Almost three months since my review I have been asked for details. The invoice and correspondence was provided to Trustpilot hence the verified review.

I am very pleased with the shed and with the young men who delivered and erected it.
Both Ben and Gavin were very pleasant and polite and quite happily carried all the panels down a very steep track of about 200 yards.
I could not recommend them highly enough.

So far so good, delivered as stated on 19/2/21 and transformed into a garden bar by 24/2/21. They went the extra mile in cutting in the hatch for me as requested and no extra charge! Install lads were great and friendly. Worth every penny will be recommending to others. Great service and shed. Happy customer here!
