Professional. When power outages occurred due to heavy rain the company was on the spot and fixed the problem quickly.

The staff leave a lot to be desired. Unhelpful, even rude. Closed for long periods of time at odd hours. I drop my payments off each month and it is not easy

We've rented here for years. It's been a great storage space with friendly staff. However we were recently notified of a $14 a month increase, that seems a little high to me.

Got storage in Layton is the best. Alison is always friendly and helpful.

The hours that I can access my storage unit are limited (7am to 7pm). There is no emergency number to call if I need "after hours" access. A customer parking spot is used to park their moving truck which also blocks the entrance enough that a person can't exit at the same time that someone is entering.

Allison & Got Storage has been 100% amazing. She was so helpful when we were picking out our storage unit, with processing payments & overall is a genuine lady. There was a point this winter the snow & ice in the driveway was so bad i couldn't get into the driveway & i called her explaning the situation & she was extremely helpful. We have had a great service experience & continue to now. Thank you Got Storage for ur generosity & continued excellent experience i would definitely recommend u to friends & family.

I was looking for a cheaper storage area which I found and Manager Kevin was very polite and helpful. Because he was I made the quick decision to check out facility and inform my wife we needed to sign up.
Quick sign up process, been no hassles since.

The rates have gone up once again with no justifiable reason. They claim the cost of doing business in today's economy. How does the cost of doing business make any sense. Has the airspace and floor space asked for a raise, I don't think so. Have they improved the space, I don't believe so....

Only been an occupant (Unit #60) for a short time. Thusfar we've been pleased with the ease of access and the security safeguards. Having two gated entry locations (North & South) is also very convenient.

Its not really a complaint but on a couple of occasions vehicular accidents have almost occurred because of 90 degree"blind" turn corners around building rows, while driving thru-out the complex. It would be a welcome addition to see mirrors (or some other devices) in use to better allow motorists to see other vehicles moving within the complex

One of the most genuine management companies in existence whose philosophy is truly about their relationship with their customers not the money they're going to make off of them.
