Great customer service. Friendly and helpful manager.

The price was reasonable when we moved int but now it is constantly increasing. The time they are accessible is not even close to reasonable. They close before any working person could possibly get there during the week. In other words, if you need a storage that you need to go to frequently to use any of your items, look elsewhere. If you just want to throw money away and store stuff you will never use...then by all means.

The only issue I ever had was it was hard to reach the key pads. The key pads were also very worn so seeing the * or the numbers were a challenge.

The staff was friendly and always helpful. Especially Ed.

the unit has been nice, and we've had no issues since moving in. we've been in the unit since 2013.

The Manager Allison, was very professional showed me all my options with payments plans that were offered. Highly recommend going to see Allison for all your storage needs.

What can really be said about a storage facility, I am renting space and it's still there after 3 months. The few possible issues I have, and unfortunately I am sure this is the case with many other storage facilities, you rent a space and choose your size, lets say 10 x 12, when you start to store everything, and actually grab a measuring tape, you notice the dimensions are off, and are always in favor of the company, this was frustrating due to the fact that before choosing a location, and storage size option, we measured our belonging to ensure the width would work out perfectly to set couches side by side, and come to find out we can't do it. I can't really complain much because it's not like I can expect the company to tear down a wall and give me the space I am actually paying for, it's just another trick businesses have to take our money and run for it. Another slight issue was the fact that I am enrolled somehow in their auto-payment system, they take the payment at the beginning of the month on their own, although now I do not mind, I was very surprised without initially knowing this was the case when signing the contract for this storage facility. Overall I pay to keep my stuff there, the next time I drop by to check on it, if my stuff is still there, I will be satisfied, if for any reason my belongings are gone, many other issues will arise.

This place is AWESOME I can get in and out really quickly. The people are all ways so helpful, I wish my apt was as well run as this storage

I really enjoyed the interaction with the staff there. The storage location has less traffic and calm. Compared to another location that I was comparing, this location is much more pleasant to come in and out. I would recommend this to location to any of my friends.

One of the more affordable places....but only because they are only open while everyone is at work during the day. They are usually closed during all the times we are not working, including closing and leaving no notes on the door when they are "scheduled" to be open! It's like the have my stuff as a hostage!

We are pleased with the facility and the customer service that they offer. The storage units and grounds are very clean and secured. Vivian who works in the front office is very kind and knowledgeable. This is a great place to keep your belongings.
