Very honest professional company this was my first time using them i was so impressed cant say enough!!!!!! If you use anyone else u are crazy

Quite happy with my restored vintage wind-up watch, it's beautifully clean and keeps good time. I noticed they pay attention to detail, replacing a part that I wasn't expecting. I asked for a silicone band, and they put a lovely one on which matched nicely with the gold watch. Quite happy with the other watch, too, which got a new movement, and I was pleased to see the scratches gone from the crystal. Nothing to complain about at all. The customer service was excellent and the work was high quality.

Handed Totalwatchrepair a very difficult repair issue. The watch I sent them was a gift to my son for his graduation from grad school. Sadly the watch has come back to me. So when it stopped working it was more than just a broken watch. Thankfully the techs at Totalwatch spent the time to solve the problem and return a working watch to me. The techs even called me to discuss my watch. Thanks to hard work and tenacity I have a very special watch again.

After returning my watch to you (because it didn't work after you repaired it), you gently informed me that I might not be using it properly - because it worked just fine for you. I spoke with three people, all of whom were as sweet and competent as they could be, you convinced me to take my watch back and try again. Someone even took the time to type out instructions on what to wind where, etc. Please imagine my tears (really!) when I wound the watch, wound the alarm, and than adjusted the leg until the alarm went off: the alarm was a music box rendition of "I Could Have Danced All Night," which I hadn't heard in 47 years. My Dad gave me that watch when I graduated from college, and it was my alarm clock until I broke it, and couldn't afford to have it fixed. It languished in the back of my jewelry box until I found you. Thank you for your good service, kind approach, and lovely memory.

I would recommend Total Watch Repair as they did a wonderful job on my Skagen Watch. I sent my watch to a manufacturer repair service and they sent it back saying it wasn't repairable. Total Watch cleaned, repaired face dial, put new crystal in and polished it for a GREAT price. I'm impressed and will certainly use them again!

From the gal at the front desk (Nicole) to the watch technicians and everybody I met, they were fantastic! I had several watches that all needed something - adjustment, repair and a custom watch band.

TWR people were super nice, and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood best options. The work was flawless and it was a great value.

Quick delivery and perfect fit. Only lasted a few months though. Too bad that there is only a 30 day return policy and no warranty. I have an office job and only wear my watch occasionally so I have to assume that the quality is poor. I'll buy a new watchband from somewhere else.

They at first told me the band would have to be ordered directly from the mfg.. After I followed their advice, they contacted me again saying they could help me. Too late, but they gave it the old college try ! I'd contact them again ,just because they went out of their way a second time to help me. I wish more businesses were that helpful .

Fantastic customer support. I'm In Brisbane, Australia - and the distance or quantity involved in my order did not matter - I was able to return the items and receive shipping confirmation very soon after the order was submitted.

I came across Total Watch Repair online when i Was searching for a replacement watch band for my Swiss Army watch. I ended up calling the number on the website so I could ask a question. The rep that assisted me when very helpful and seemed sincere which was a pleasant experience. He helped me find the exact band I was looking for.

I saw they also do repair services on watches as well. I sent in my watch for a cleaning and a crystal replacement a long with a new watch band. They completed the service fairly quickly. They returned my watch back to me with the new band attached and my watch looked and worked amazingly. I was very pleased with the over all work and service I received and would definitely recommend Total Watch Repair to others.

Initially, I was a little skeptical to use the live chat on this website. However, I instantly felt comfortable and felt like the representative truly wanted to help me find the perfect band. Not only did he give me MULTIPLE options based on the preferences I had, but he gave me his personal opinions which helped immensely!! He spent 28 minutes trying to find the perfect band for me!!!! I couldn't be more grateful and would recommend this site to anybody who values customer service!

Firstly, the service was outlined clearly and although I had hesitation I was assured by the end of communication that my watch would be well taken care of. It was! My watch was returned to me within a couple of weeks fully functioning and looking almost like new. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to have their watch treated well and returned to them promptly. My only complaint is that they do no have more locations.

After this comment I was contacted immediately by Total Watch Repair and the missing band was sent right away. This means that they really care about customer satisfaction. I do recommend them. Excellent quality products, low price and quick delivery. I am grateful and impressed of the way they care about their business.

I sent them my watch to them for a crystal repair and cleaning and polishing, they did a supper job of repairing and polishing my watch , look brand new when I got it back, I was very please with there quick service.

Total Watch Repair.com is a very useful site. I've searched other websites and found Total Watch Repair to be the best overall. Their selection is huge, offering the customer a wide variety of different leathers and man-made materials for their bands. Pricing is very reasonable when considering the quality. I've found that each watch band is stamped (inside) with the words "genuine leather" along with the size of the band (the ends that attach to the watch case). Stitching penetrates the entire thickness of the band which is a sign of quality. Their leathers are soft and supple and feel expensive to the touch. Pins are included with your order which is a nice touch and very welcomed as new pins are most always needed when replacing a watch band. I recommend this company highly.

My Seiko watch is 30 years old, an anniversary gift with special meaning, and still works perfectly. The unusual original metal band had broken and I had looked extensively for any kind of appropriate replacement that would fit the watch to no avail before finding Totalwatchrepair online.. Kaila in Customer Service was excellent in working with me, the technician and the company who manufactures the metal fashion mesh band to ensure that fit, style and size were correct. I am completely happy with the result--in fact, the new band is lighter and more comfortable than the original.

I found Total Watch Repair by searching for suppliers of quality Swiss Army Watches. They had exactly the bands I was looking for. I ordered them on the weekend, they shipped on Monday, and I had them by Friday - IN AUSTRALIA.

I was amazed how quick and accurate the transaction was, and my order was exactly as I expected it to be.
